Our room so spacious (based on japan standards hotel room size). Me and my friends came (14pax) and the receptionist was so helpful with a bit of chaos 😄. We’re so lucky got the booking for the very last minute.

We stayed here when my second son returned from his study abroad and went to Toyama to try out for a Japanese amateur baseball team. Since parking is free, we chose a stay that's far from the station. The parking lot is a self-parking multi-story garage, but the parking spaces are quite small, and I feel like they're too small these days with the increase in number of number 3 cars. The room was okay, but the soundproofing in the hallway wasn't very good, and you could hear conversations from other rooms as you walked down the hallway. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and was enjoyable. It also started at 6:30, which was nice.

At first, I imagined APA Hotel to be like a capsule hotel, but the room was more like a one-room apartment. The large public bath was outside and connected to the spa, so it was cold because you had to go outside before getting in. However, I was surprised at how hot the water in the open-air bath was. Normally, open-air baths are mild! The meal was a buffet. The curry was recommended by the president of APA Hotel, so I tried it and it was surprisingly delicious, so I was glad!
