"The hotel is conveniently located near Toyama Station. Downstairs, there's a Japanese restaurant and a sushi place, but unfortunately, neither accepts reservations, so you have to queue. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. The front desk is on the second floor, where you can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, skincare, tea bags, drip coffee, and bath salts – a really good selection. You need your room card to access the elevators. The room itself is a bit small but quite new, and the layout is pretty efficient. My only complaint is the narrow and long entryway; with a 24-inch suitcase open, only one person can pass through at a time. It would be perfect if that hallway were a bit wider. The bathroom gets a huge thumbs-up! It's spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower, and the shower floor dries very quickly. For room cleaning, you need to put a sign on your door. If you only need fresh towels and trash emptied, you can leave them outside your door in the morning, and they'll hang new ones on the doorknob. They provide two bottles of water daily. Toyama Castle and the 'most beautiful Starbucks' are both within walking distance."

"The building and interior were old, but the room was clean, towels were changed daily, amenities were available at the front desk as needed, and the staff at the front desk were kind. I was satisfied. However, it's my fault for not doing enough research beforehand, but the hotel is located in the middle of an entertainment district, and there's a free information center right in front, so it might not be suitable for families with children. There's no parking at the hotel, but there's a large coin parking lot right in front, which was convenient for carrying luggage! It was very convenient because Toyama Castle is nearby and Toyama Station is within walking distance."

"The hotel facilities are a bit dated but clean and well-maintained. The public bath on the 2nd floor features three soaking pools, along with complimentary popsicles and drinks. An evening soak there was wonderfully effective for relieving fatigue. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. One front desk staff member spoke Chinese, which made communication very smooth. The hotel is within walking distance of Toyama Station, though it's not a very short one (about 10-15 minutes on foot). A bus stop directly outside the hotel offers routes to Toyama Station (210 yen for adults, three stops, approximately 5-6 minutes). However, I had trouble figuring out which bus to take from Toyama Station *to* the hotel's vicinity (Sogawa Station). Toyama Castle Park and the Glass Art Museum are nearby, and a Daimaru Department Store and a 7-Eleven are conveniently located just across the street. All in all, the location is quite convenient."

"We stayed here when my second son returned from his study abroad and went to Toyama to try out for a Japanese amateur baseball team. Since parking is free, we chose a stay that's far from the station. The parking lot is a self-parking multi-story garage, but the parking spaces are quite small, and I feel like they're too small these days with the increase in number of number 3 cars. The room was okay, but the soundproofing in the hallway wasn't very good, and you could hear conversations from other rooms as you walked down the hallway. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and was enjoyable. It also started at 6:30, which was nice."

"The location is super convenient, right across from the station square. I arrived a little after one and the front desk kindly checked me in, which was a nice touch. My room had a view of the snowy mountains, the City Hall Observation Deck, the Glass Museum, and the green roof of Toyama Castle. If you stay multiple nights and opt out of full cleaning (only trash emptied and towels changed), you get a free drink voucher redeemable at the vending machine on the first floor. Foreign guests can also get a free tram ticket at the front desk, valid for two rides. Breakfast was decent, and you can even take coffee to go."

"Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel's location isn't the most convenient, as it requires a tram connection to Toyama Station, but its excellent value for money more than makes up for it. Over the three days, we made good use of the Hokuriku JR Pass to visit many places, such as Toyama Castle, Takaoka, Amaharashi, Mikuni, Fukui, and the Kurobe Gorge Railway. Highly recommend this hotel!"

However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to Toyama Station, and they even provide free tram tickets. As for breakfast, it's not quite as varied or flavorful as the hotel I stayed at in Toyama last year."
