Hotel Towadaso Reviews

I booked a room with dinner and breakfast. I got a room but it had food smell. It seems breakfast or dinner was served in the room. Room size was good. But footsteps from guest room upper floor was heard. Dinner and breakfast were not great. Onsen was ok. I checked out and dropped my luggages at the hotel. When I came back, all lights turned off. Weird. But hotel staffs were available.

nice simple traditional looking room. was very clean. bathroom a bit tight and the floor mattress was not the most comfortable to sleep on but should be ok for 1-2nights. fun experience.

This hotel boasts a convenient lakeside location, just a short walk away. They also feature a fantastic onsen for you to relax in.

Hotel is currently rather old, but the facilities are well maintained. Unfortunately the onsen is a little dated and could use some deep cleaning. Onsen water could have been hotter.

Although the hotel's internal facilities are old, it can be seen that they are very attentive in cleaning. Although the old air conditioner against the wall needs to be cleaned from time to time, this seems to be a problem that all major hotels have. The staff are either locals who are older or young people who have just entered the society. This accommodation includes breakfast and dinner, which are both delicious. If you visit again, I will consider staying here again

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from JR Towadako Yuya Station. It has obvious standards and is very easy to find. The Japanese-style room is very spacious. It is about 14 tatami mats if you don't count the entrance and balcony. There are no other buildings outside the balcony, so the privacy is very good. The toilet, shower, and washroom are three independent areas, which are very hygienic and convenient. In addition, there are indoor and outdoor baths on the underground first floor of the hotel. The baths are super large and the environment is delicious. The overall stay is beyond expectations and I am very satisfied. The only bad thing is that it is not convenient to eat in Towada. All restaurants close at 3 pm, and there is no convenience store, so you can only order hotel meals, but I really can't get used to it... I really can't get used to it. The service is very good and the variety is rich. I just can't get used to it. But I am really satisfied with the room and facilities.

The restaurant receptionist was friendly. During this stay, a companion happened to be unwell and needed medical treatment. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for actively helping to contact the hospital and leading us to drive to the hospital and accompanying us throughout the medical process, which made us feel at ease. The hotel room is large and clean, there is a hot spring to relax, breakfast and dinner are rich, highly recommended

The restaurant staff is friendly and polite, the breakfast and dinner dishes are rich, the bathhouse and environment are very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. This is a traditional Japanese inn worth recommending.
