Very quiet and clean, staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself has a perfect location and it is accessible to everything you need. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and easy access to everything. When it comes to the room not that spacious but still cozy and relaxing vibes in addition to that is the bed and pillows is very comfortable . And it has a variety or restaurants inside of the hotel where u can choose from. And my most awaited to try is the pool it is gorgeous, stunning views. Overall experience is excellent.

It was a clean Hotel there was no bathtub and the elevator didn't work parking was a little tight but if you paid $25 you got to pay park inside but like I said parking a little tight otherwise you're on the street breakfast is great you get sausage eggs and waffles and coffee and toast but it's all you can eat definitely coming back

Good location. The room layout was very good. Freeway access was very good. Breakfast is on 4th floor. Found it interesting that it would be in the 4th floor but understandable.

The hotel was close to everything. It was the perfect location. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Perfect for a family vacation.

Located by the freeway and with poor insulation, traffic noise is a problem. Parking costs US$19 per night is very expensive compared to the room rate. TV not working properly for watching World Cup semi final at 7am. Phone in the room not working so could not call for help and have to go down to the front desk only to find out maintenance people will report duty only at 7:30am. By the time the maintenance people fix the TV, already missed half of the world cup match and two goals. How can such a big hotel not having maintenance people 24/7. The phone had not been fixed before my check out. Better avoid this hotel with hidden charges and all things are falling apart and not working properly. Asked for a receipt for the hotel charges and the staff could not get it printed out after 15 minutes from two computers at the front desk!! Imagine you need help when there is no maintenance people on duty. Not a hotel that you want to stay with. Lot of other choices around the area.

The hotel was ok because of the location. You have a holding deposit once you get there and a parking fee. There was a pool and breakfast. The breakfast was more than expected. The hotel itself was very rundown. The room next to us had a piece of tape as a sign for the room number. There was a hair tie in one of the beds. The sink was not draining properly and the ac was a wall unit that didn’t keep the room cool. The last morning at 7 in the morning they had machines going to clean up a flood that must have happened during the night. All in all it was a cheap place to stay if you want a hotel close to that area.
