In the lobby, you'll find Taro Okamoto's massive fireplace, 'Myth of the Forest,' and in the West Wing lounge, there's the 'River God' fireplace. The hotel offers unique activities like 'Stream Exploration,' 'Moss Ball Making,' and 'Green Moss Walk,' along with autumn foliage lectures and stargazing at night, allowing guests to deeply experience the local nature and culture. The buffet restaurant, 'Aomori Apple Kitchen,' serves a wide variety of Aomori ingredients, and specialties like the apple pie are very popular. However, since the hotel is close to nature, you might find insects in the rooms, which can impact the stay."

"The hotel is reasonably priced, though the rooms are small. Two adults and two children chose two adjacent rooms. There's a McDonald's and a beauty store downstairs, a restaurant within a 5-minute walk, and the Towada Art Museum a 5-minute drive away. Several convenience stores are nearby. Overall, it's a good hotel. Chartering a car to Okujorai Creek and Towada is quite convenient."

"Lake Towada in winter doesn't have many attractions; abandoned houses are everywhere, giving it a somewhat desolate feel… The hotel facilities are good, providing travel-sized shampoo, shower gel, and skincare products. The rooms also have hot and cold water dispensers (very convenient for making instant noodles). The public bath is only indoors, there's no open-air bath. The rooms are clean, suggesting recent renovations. The worst part was the dinner. Dinner was at the hotel's sushi restaurant, but the entire meal consisted of only one appetizer (a very small dish), one miso soup, and 10 pieces of sushi. Even for women with small appetites, it wasn't enough. There aren't any convenience stores in the surrounding lake area, so if you get hungry at night, you can only buy frozen food from the hotel's vending machines, but the prices aren't cheap at all… Although the hotel provides each guest with a mini instant noodle for a late-night snack, that mini instant noodle is truly tiny; I bet it would only last three bites! Therefore, I strongly advise everyone staying at this hotel to bring your own food."

"The hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the core area of Aochuan. The nearest bus stop is Shiwada Onsen Township Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. The hotel is halfway up the mountain and not in the core area of the hot spring town. The surrounding environment is good. The hotel provides free pick-up service from New Aomori, Aomori Station (13:30) and Hachinohe Station (11:00), but the pick-up time is a bit embarrassing, not very good to arrange follow-up activity. In addition, I have to spit it out. When I contacted Aomori Station, the customer service provided by Ctrip provided an error message, saying that Aomori Station did not provide pick-up.
