The complimentary hot spring tickets were an amazing bonus. Traveling during the off-peak season was such a great idea! The service at this hotel really exceeded my expectations, with convenient pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station, and shuttle services to the scenic spots. A special shout-out to the auntie and uncle who picked us up at the high-speed rail station; they were incredibly patient and didn't mind any trouble at all. Thumbs up!"
