I am very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are warm and thoughtful, and the room is very clean. When I checked in near Christmas, I was given a limited-edition Christmas bear. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ginza.
It is a very decent hotel in terms of price and location.
Tokyo Tower, Ginza, and Tsuijiki are within short walking distance.
The hotel offers various facilities. The Japanese bathrooms are located on the top floor. Although they are not big, they can accommodate about 10 people at a time and are very clean.
There are 4 washers/dryers available on various floors, and they are quite often occupied. Make sure you check the availability via your the room TV facilities channel.
We stayed at the hotel for four nights in late March. The location is peaceful and within walking distance of Ginza and Shimbashi. It's also convenient to take a few stops to Aqua City.
There aren't many restaurants in this area, so it's advisable to do some shopping or grab a meal before heading back to the hotel.
The room provided can accommodate more than 3-4 people, but there is an additional charge of 3000 yen per person if you originally booked for two.
There is a separate toilet and bathroom, allowing for a more leisurely shower experience. One drawback of the room was the insufficient storage space for clothes, as there weren't enough cabinets or space for hanging. Additionally, the view from the lower floors overlooked the backyard of the building.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're seeking a quiet evening after exploring crowded areas.

Decent size, clean room with full amenities. Decent breakfast. Location is some distance from the nearest train station (Shimbashi) but sheltered along the way with elevators - just have to locate them. Taxis readily available at lobby. Feasible to take Narita Express to Tokyo Station and transfer to any lines to Shimbashi.
Stayed in the Corner King room with view of Tokyo tower and it was worth every penny. The views were incredible, including Mount Fuji on clear days. Bed was huge and room was spotless. The hotel itself is very stylish and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is very good. The hotel is just above Shiodome St. which is very convenient for getting to Odaiba in particular. For access to the JR lines, Shimbashi St. is only a few minutes walk. The area directly around the hotel is quiet, but if you're looking for more eateries, bars etc., there's plenty around Shimbashi St. Will definitely stay in this hotel again and highly recommend.
The hotel is an 8-9 minute walk from Shinbashi Station and a 5-6 minute walk from Shiodome Station on the Yurikamome Line. The transportation is quite convenient. The hotel front desk is on duty from 9:00 to 22:00. If you need anything else, you need to call. Luggage storage is after 9:00 and check-out is at 10:00. This time, I booked each night separately. Ctrip showed the same room type. When I checked in on the first night, I didn't remind myself to change rooms on the second night. I put my luggage away at the front desk after I came back on the second night. When I came back on the fourth night, I found that I had to change rooms again. Because the luggage was not packed, I had to pay an additional 600 yen. I had confirmed with the front desk on Wednesday night that Thursday and Friday nights would be in the same room as Wednesday. After explaining it to the front desk, I didn't charge it again.
It was really good. It was my first time staying in a capsule, but I liked it. There is a large bath and sauna! The capsule floor is so quiet that you can hardly open or close the zipper of your backpack. As long as you know how much and how much time you have, it's okay to do a little bit of organizing your belongings. Don't do it in a flashy way. Afterwards, I was playing with my PC in the lounge, which was more relaxing than I expected, and I was glad that there were free drinks, white rice, and pickles. At night, a variety of people wearing house clothes gathered together and relaxed. It also felt a little different from the hotel. Capsules do not have keys, so they are not suitable for people who value a private room with a lock. For security, there were surveillance cameras, lockers with keys, and barcode wristbands to enter the capsules on each floor. It's up to you how you use it and at your own risk, but I think it's pretty strict.

The hotel is in great location almost at the center of Ginza. There are always taxi outside the hotel and subway exit just right next to the entrance. The room is in good condition and the staff is nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room size and bed are perfectly comfortable.
The location couldn’t be better—it’s close to multiple train lines, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Ginza shopping area is just a short walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the shops and restaurants. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel was quiet at night, so I got a great night’s sleep each night.
There’s also a family mart n lawson store nearby, which made grabbing snacks and essentials super easy.
Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone wanting easy access to Tokyo’s main attractions with all the comforts of a quiet, convenient stay! The staffs at the reception are welcoming and friendly too. This will be my favourite hotel in Tokyo.

Location was alright, about 12mins walk from the JR line although there are slightly nearer metro stations so take note if you have a number of luggages. I like that they have a machine + dryer within the room for you to do laundry. The kettle was abit rusty so we bought bottled water instead.
The room was pretty small but that’s expected. It won’t be able to fit >1 large suitcase. Service was good, fuss free check in and out. Lots of shopping and food available nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.
