The hotel is an 8-9 minute walk from Shinbashi Station and a 5-6 minute walk from Shiodome Station on the Yurikamome Line. The transportation is quite convenient. The hotel front desk is on duty from 9:00 to 22:00. If you need anything else, you need to call. Luggage storage is after 9:00 and check-out is at 10:00. This time, I booked each night separately. Ctrip showed the same room type. When I checked in on the first night, I didn't remind myself to change rooms on the second night. I put my luggage away at the front desk after I came back on the second night. When I came back on the fourth night, I found that I had to change rooms again. Because the luggage was not packed, I had to pay an additional 600 yen. I had confirmed with the front desk on Wednesday night that Thursday and Friday nights would be in the same room as Wednesday. After explaining it to the front desk, I didn't charge it again.

It is very suitable for traveling alone! Super clean + comfortable + super good sleep + very safe The facilities are super complete, but there is no independent shower room, it is a hot spring + public shower, if you mind, please pay attention! After entering the door, you will be given slippers + instructions, and then you need to lock your shoes in the shoe cabinet and wear slippers when entering and leaving Towels are on the 1st floor, and underwear is on the 2nd floor. Remember to take them before going to the hot spring on the 8th floor, otherwise you have to go another trip😂 The locker is quite large and can hold 2 large bags + 2 small bags (although Figure 2 is a bit messy, it is for reference) There is a free beverage machine (coffee/tea/carbonated drinks) + white rice on the 9th floor (different meals in different rooms). I only had the curry in the morning! It was delicious! I didn’t eat it at other times because I was not there The hot soup on the 8th floor is really super good, hair dryers, disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. are all available, as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries. You don’t need to bring them at all! Really great value There is a washing machine + dryer on the 8th floor. If you don't have 100 yen, you can go to the 1st floor to exchange them. But the dryer was still half dry after 1 and a half hours. Maybe the clothes were too thick The environment is really clean👍🏻

We'd stay here again. The location is excellent, walking distance to so many metro stations, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, we could see a bit of the Tokyo Tower from the room, and it was a direct trip to/from Haneda Airport. Service was great as well, the staff was polite, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, you had all kinds of options and fresh juice and coffee, and we never had to wait to enter. While the hotel does have a public bath, it's not a hot spring, it's rather small (more crowded around 9-10pm), and is basically just a big bathtub. It was a pretty quiet stay, despite the close proximity of so many metro stations, but if you're sensitive to noise do bring ear plugs, not just for the trains but the Chinese tourists in the hallway haha, they tend to shout and get really excited. Our triple room was clean and cozy, we had all the amenities we needed, and everything worked fine (hot water, kettle, fridge, TV, etc.) All in all, worth the money and me and my parents were very satisfied with the experience.

Decent size, clean room with full amenities. Decent breakfast. Location is some distance from the nearest train station (Shimbashi) but sheltered along the way with elevators - just have to locate them. Taxis readily available at lobby. Feasible to take Narita Express to Tokyo Station and transfer to any lines to Shimbashi.

Very close to JR and subway lines connecting you to the heart of Tokyo. Underground walkway connecting the hotel to the train station was important when it rained or was very hot. 15-20 minute walk to the old Tsukiji fish market. About 15 minutes to Ginza on foot, too. Very safe all the way. Good restaurants nearby. Room was adequate for our needs (queen bed), window overlooking the rail corridor next door where you spot bullet trains every few minutes. Nice welcome drink happy hour in the bar lounge. Hotel has self laundry on site which was quite cheap and easy to use. All in all, a comfortable stay. Will probably come again.

I am very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are warm and thoughtful, and the room is very clean. When I checked in near Christmas, I was given a limited-edition Christmas bear. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ginza.
