Quiet neighborhood. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

My stay at the Toyoko Inn Nishikasai for 7 days was very enjoyable. This hotel has been quite well maintained and everyone was courteous. There is free water, tea, and coffee at the ground floor along with an ice machine for ice cubes. There are also vending machines for drinks and washing machines/dryers for those who want to do laundry. It's location is also good for those who wants to visit Tokyo Disneyland (the hotel provides a complementary shuttle bus to get there). The breakfast on offer can get a little repetitive but no complaints from me. Note that they only do cleaning of the rooms once every three days. I'd recommend this property for those who want to stay in Tokyo.

All the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The service is beyond the rate.

Room was clean and has spacious bathroom. The inn is near the station and convenience store. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. It’s also cheaper compared to hotels that are near Tokyo Disney Resort. It’s only 16 mins away by car.

When I tried to check in using the machine, the front desk lady gave me no help and it was unpleasant. I wish they'd hire a decent person.

Clean and comfortable chain hotel with complimentary breakfast. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station, a very convenient place. There are plenty of disposable items available for pickup in the lobby, as well as an ice machine.

I am very satisfied with the hotel, which is a good value for a business hotel. It seems more proper than lesser known business hotels.

The smell was terrible and I reported it to the front desk but they didn't respond well.

One of the two elevators was out of service, which was inconvenient during rush hour in the morning. If it was to save electricity, I wish it would be operated only in the morning. The breakfast was substantial and satisfying. Also, I think it was a good initiative to check the day before whether guests wanted to eat breakfast as an activity to reduce food waste.

There are many restaurants around the hotel, so it's perfect

I was able to spend my time comfortably from check-in to check-out! I forgot to bring my pajamas, so I asked the front desk staff and they kindly lent me some, which I was very grateful for!

I stayed here on short notice. Amenities were minimal, but it included free breakfast, so I think it was relatively good value. The bed was very hard.
