Nice service, can self check-in, good location for shopping, clean, small room but functional.

The experience is exceptional.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. The hotel has direct access to the train station and that’s a plus. It’s located within walking distance to Shibuya sky, shibuya crossing, Sakura street, Hachiko etc etc. will definitely stay again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Hotel located at the New South Exit of Shibuya Metro, take exit on 3F of the Metro and walk to the end of the platform, and easy to get the Narita Express direct to airport.

Excellent location for it just takes around 20 metres from the exit gate of the New South Exit of the JR Shibuya Station to reach the hotel lift. Literally, you don't have to be under the weather to get back to the hotel. Yes, the New South Exit is at least 5 minutes walk on foot from Platform 3 and 4 of JR Shibuya Station, but nothing beats the direct connection to the hotel. Also, the Narita Express stops right at Platform 4, so it's a breeze getting to the hotel, especially if you have huge luggage to handle. There are escalators too, don't have to carry up any stairs. Room is decent sized and clean. Toilet is good too.

Extremely small rooms. Lots of mold in places. Breakfast was not what we expected. Limited foods!

Self check in/out was very comvenient, hotel location is super convenient within walking distance to shibuya train station. Right opp the hotel is a convenience store, great for midnight snacks. Hotel room was small but that's normal of japan, i could open my luggage still, so that's a good thing. there were amenities for self service at reception floor, but in room there were shower amenities readily available.

Everything is good about this hotel. It’s directly linked to one of the shibuya station exits. Not exactly near but very convenient. Also easy to walk to the shibuya scramble square via shibuya stream. One downside is that the hotel room is small but thats common for all hotels in Japan.
