Good: The hotel is centrally located and offers excellent amenities. Bad: Despite arriving at 10 a.m. after a red-eye flight, I was denied early check-in even though my room was already available. My luggage was placed in the room, but I was told to return at 2:45 p.m. unless I paid an additional 2,000 yen per hour for early access. Bad: The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was very unpleasant.

Booked at the last moment of arrival. Hotel is located in the middle of a few busy streets. A lot of restaurants nearby too. Parking is slightly far but it’s acceptable. A decent choice.

It's a bit difficult to just walk from the station If you wake up, you should call the shuttle station and go I came up by cable car so it was close!! The room is really nice to feel the Japanese style!! But the room I stayed in didn't have a shower (it may be different for each room) so I had to wash in the large bath! (I gave up the shower and booked a large Japanese style room) There's only one bathroom and it's a bit old. The room size was too big for one person. That's a good thing. And the kaiseki was okay. The staff was super friendly!!

The large public bath is open from 4pm to 9am, so it was nice to be able to use it even late at night. When I used it, there weren't that many people there, so I was able to use it spaciously. However, the floor of the changing room was wet and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell. I wonder if they don't clean the large public bath when it's open?

It was a very nice hotel. It's not far from the station and it's in the downtown area, so there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so there's no inconvenience at all. The 24-hour service for drinks such as coffee and the snack service until 10pm was also great, and being able to take a bath even in the middle of the night was great. I was especially impressed with the ReFa shower in the large public bath. It was my first time in Kobe, and I would like to stay here again.

I didn't check the details of the amenities before going. Confirmation required. But there was a convenience store right next door, so I didn't have any problems.
