Perfect service by very kind staffs. Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room. Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach. Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

We went to play some table tennis and we were told it was an additional fee. The whole experience was lacking. The buffet was cold (dinner and breakfast) something I ate at dinner made me sick the next day of our trip. Had to cut it short and go home to recover. The waitresses in the restaurant seemed oblivious that we were even there. The “cigar lounge” was great except the lack of cigars. (I bring my own anyway) Best part was location. We were able to walk quite a ways around the lake while still on hotel grounds. Still angry about the need to pay to use the table tennis table. We had our own rackets and balls. Pool was cold and dirty so we didn’t even swim. Bed was soft but the pillows were like stones. No sleep. Shower was warm but not hot. Overall. We won’t be returning

Great service, as at any Hilton. I gave the location a 4/5, because after they filled in the outside pool, it just hasn't been as beautiful as it was before. This hotel is still highly recommended, though.

It is indeed the most beautiful Hilton Hotel. You can enjoy the beautiful Fuxian Lake in the room. The hotel has a beautiful environment, a first-line lake view, and an exclusive beach. It can be said that there is a view at every step. During the Spring Festival, the interior of the hotel was decorated festively and warmly, and a variety of activities were arranged. The bonfire dance in the evening was joyful and lively, the fireworks show was dazzling, and at night there was a band leading everyone to sing nostalgic golden songs together. The hotel's catering service is also remarkable. The breakfast is rich and has local characteristics. We ate two meals of carved plum ribs in the Chinese restaurant. The quality of the buffet and drinks in the executive lounge is also very good. The most worth mentioning is the hotel's service staff, the porters, the front desk, the restaurant, the guest rooms, the lounge, all of whom are very friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel at home every day here. I hope to come again!

The hotel lobby is very wide, elegant and unique. 👍B 2nd floor walks out to the small beach🏖️ It feels like a vacation at the seaside⛱️🌊 Walking along the time-space plank road... Very good stay experience, the hotel's unique lake view is so beautiful, the room view is very good, the service is needless to say, the package includes afternoon tea. Personally, I feel that the view and scenery are better than the Dali Hilton.

The hotel is very big, and the environment is needless to say. It is located on the edge of Fuxian Lake and occupies a great location. I took my children for three days and two nights. I felt that there was no need to go to the scenic spots. It was enough to bask in the sun by the lake and feel the lake water. The children liked the swimming pool very much. The temperature was appropriate and the lifeguards were very serious on duty. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. Seeing that I brought children, I also gave extra game coins, and I also gave fruits because of membership. When I checked out, I also gave a souvenir because of a small problem. It was very thoughtful. I will come again next time! The children and I are very satisfied. It would be more perfect if the breakfast variety was richer and the salmon for dinner was more prepared!

We booked a twin room, which was very spacious with two beds, and could accommodate one adult and one child. The hotel's decoration is very modern. The small garden behind the hotel towards the lake is also very beautiful. We also had meals in various restaurants in the hotel these days. The quality of the hotel's dishes is still very good. Some dishes are also surprising.

This is undoubtedly the hotel with the best view of Fuxian Lake. I am satisfied with the lake view room I booked. Whether you can see the beautiful scenery depends on the weather. There are still many places to check in. The flowers are not fully bloomed in winter, so it is not particularly beautiful. There are also many dead trees, which is a pity. The room facilities are a bit old, but fortunately the service staff can provide satisfactory solutions. I especially want to praise the concierge department. They helped to move the luggage from the gate to the front desk, and then from the front desk to the room. Now there are very few five-star hotels with such good service. I want to complain about their hair dryer. The sound is too loud and scared me. Can it be improved? The overall service is always online.

The location and environment of the hotel are amazing. The hotel has its own lake, where you can walk around and sit. The scenery is beautiful. No wonder travel photography is welcomed. The room is large and comfortable. There is a balcony. We are facing the mountain 😅, but there are also rooms facing the lake. It depends on your luck! During the Chinese New Year, the hotel was quite lively with many guests, but the accommodation fee was a bit expensive.

During the Spring Festival, I traveled to Fuxian Lake with my family and stayed in the Hilton Fuxian Lake Executive Lake View King Room for a few days. The hotel is located by the lake and has an excellent location. You can see the clear Fuxian Lake from the balcony (the view is wide, but the cost is slightly higher during holidays, which is understandable). You can also walk to the Time Plank Road by the lake to watch the sunset. The service in the executive lounge is first-class, especially Manager Xia Xiaoyuan and Sally, who enthusiastically and patiently introduced us to local tourist attractions and food, allowing us to avoid detours while enjoying the beautiful scenery and tasting local food. I like the service quality of Hilton Hotel and the moral quality of its employees. I will consider coming again if I have the chance!

The hotel environment is clean, the room layout is perfect, elegant and romantic, the service is thoughtful and comfortable, every staff is very enthusiastic, and the stay is very comfortable.
