Good location, with beautiful view, 10 mins drive to other major restaurants area. The quality of towel feels cheap, should improve the quality. Michelle, the manager was a good problem-solver.

Perfect service by very kind staffs. Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room. Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach. Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

Reception is so so

We went to play some table tennis and we were told it was an additional fee. The whole experience was lacking. The buffet was cold (dinner and breakfast) something I ate at dinner made me sick the next day of our trip. Had to cut it short and go home to recover. The waitresses in the restaurant seemed oblivious that we were even there. The “cigar lounge” was great except the lack of cigars. (I bring my own anyway) Best part was location. We were able to walk quite a ways around the lake while still on hotel grounds. Still angry about the need to pay to use the table tennis table. We had our own rackets and balls. Pool was cold and dirty so we didn’t even swim. Bed was soft but the pillows were like stones. No sleep. Shower was warm but not hot. Overall. We won’t be returning

Great service, as at any Hilton. I gave the location a 4/5, because after they filled in the outside pool, it just hasn't been as beautiful as it was before. This hotel is still highly recommended, though.

The most beautiful Hilton! After checking out, I remembered that I forgot a ring in the bathroom. The staff took the initiative to call me and kept it intact. Thumbs up 👍🏻!

I went there twice with my friends. The hotel is beautiful and the food is OK. It would be better if they arranged some outdoor parent-child activities. They could get some Frisbees, bicycles, etc. I look forward to a better visit next time! Platinum is also very good for filming. They give away three photos. They don't promote sales. The most beautiful Hilton lives up to its reputation. It was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. We caught up with the Yi Torch Festival and participated in the lively bonfire party, but unfortunately we didn't see the torch show at night. The breakfast was very delicious. I was lucky to sit in the best view seat. The hotel has a good view, including the lakeside Tailand, the mountain Italy, and Xiaowan Village. Many restaurants and cafes have a good view.
