It was average! The hot spa or outside pool, the water wasnt as clean as expected.

The hot spring is amazing! But the resort can’t order a glass of wine, only bottle. The hotel in the middle of no where, hard to by walking to reach. And no restaurant around. Only hotel food which don’t have much options. No sure about the facility as windy day. The room is big with balcony but don’t have the bathtub for most of rooms.

It was so cold but staff were performative and when requested refund they said they will get back to me with refund and they never did

I went there for a good price. It's far from Yangyang Market, but there's a sea nearby and I don't have to go out at night, so it was okay. There was a bit of noise between floors. The hot spring was slippery and very nice. I think I'll go again if I get the chance.

First of all, Garden On is undergoing partial repairs, and the two largest pools were not in operation. Of course, I paid half the admission price, but I chose this place because of Garden On, but I received a text message the day before that it would not be fully open… The room itself did not feel that clean, but it did not feel that clean either… The smell of the drain coming from the bathroom was a bit too much… It was a bit disappointing, and it was very different from the pictures… The price seemed a bit excessive compared to the facilities and level… It was like a condo where college students go on MTs…

Since there are many rooms, the room was a few days old and dusty. Also, the noise between floors was really bad. I couldn't sleep because of the sound of chairs being dragged all night and in the morning because of what they were doing upstairs. The hot spring fee is also too expensive. It's just like a bathhouse, and an outdoor hot spring costs 70,000 won, so I don't think it's worth that much.

I spent time at the resort with my family on ***** New Year's Day. The outdoor hot springs were great, the movies were great, and the food was satisfying. The staff was friendly, and the outdoor walk in the evening was great.

It was quiet and good because it was in a quiet place. The room condition was clean and it was good for families to come and play, but.. There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to solve it at the resort.. It was uncomfortable when a cat came into the restaurant and walked around while eating dinner.

The room was spacious and clean, so it was easy to use. I made a reservation at Garden On and it was very good.

While planning a hot spring trip I had a great trip through Trip.com The building is a bit old, but the rooms are well managed, so it was a neat and clean accommodation I used it well at a low price including breakfast I used the indoor sauna, indoor hot spring, and outdoor spa for 2 people This part was a discount for guests, so it was 35,000 won per person, and 2 people used it I paid 70,000 won on site If this amount is burdensome, there is hot spring water in the room, so that alone will be enough to satisfy you ~^^ The floor of the room was really warm and nice I recommend it for family trips It was nice to see the children having fun running around in the outdoor hot spring even in the cold weather ~^^

The hotel facilities and food were both delicious~ The service left much to be desired~
