This hotel is located near the fuqing train station. The room is clean and Spacey with A really affordable price. The bathroom is also clean and etc. I just hope they would change the breakfast food once in a while and they would clean the washing machine because my sock got a bit of dust from it. Apart from that, the people were also helpfull when we need something and they're pretty polite to the guests.

The family room is old and dirty. Totally different with pix owner posted in trip.com. . I am very disappointed. The review by other guest is not trustable too.

You WILL need to get in touch with the landlord before your arrival — so please add his phone number on WeChat and liaise (mandarin use is preferable as this accoms is targeted at mainland Chinese travelers). My flight landed at 3am in Shanghai so I told the owner who very kindly facilitated my early check-in so I could nap at 5am upon reaching the hotel. The first room I had, heater didn’t work so I was freezing despite the air-conditioner in operation. But I texted the landlord and within minutes he gave me another room with a functioning heater — great stuff! The owner is 铁子君 on wechat and he replies instantly, a great source of help especially for troubleshooting! Do note they give 2 disposable towels so if you’re not a fan, bring your own :)

The subway station is very close. The biggest impression is that the room is clean and fresh, very suitable for business trips and travel. It is convenient, the bedding is comfortable, and there are disposable bath towels, face towels, toilet covers, etc. It is quite complete. There is a kitchen. There is a supermarket across the street. It is convenient to buy some ingredients and cook. There are so many takeaways around that it is hard to count. It is very cost-effective in the vicinity. I stayed at the Oriental Constellation B&B. I felt that it not only had convenient transportation and a sanitary environment, but was also quite satisfactory. The room is not very soundproof. You can hear the loud noises from the neighbors clearly. At 7am, someone was listening to the radio loudly. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the bed. The toilet was so crowded that it was hard to turn around. The only good thing was that there was a microwave and a washing machine, but since there was no laundry detergent, I was too lazy to buy it and just didn't wash.
