The location is quite close to Shimbashi Station, but it's still a 5-6 minute walk. It's not particularly close to the center of Ginza; walking there takes about the same amount of time as taking public transportation. However, it's very close to Don Quijote! Most of the good restaurants in this area are near the station, in Yurakucho and Shimbashi.
The room is a bit small; we could barely open two suitcases. The best part is the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the large bathtub. It was very comfortable to soak in it every day after coming back. The soundproofing in the room was also quite good; we hardly heard any noise.

Stayed one night at remm plus Ginza and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. 🙁
Check-in and check-out were both frustrating. Although the hotel provides a self check-in kiosk, staff were present but not proactive in assisting or explaining important details - like the fact that basic amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc.) must be collected from the lobby. As a solo traveler, I was asked if I had another passport… which made no sense. 🥴
They issued me one room key, yet during checkout, I was asked to return two keys, causing unnecessary delays. This kind of miscommunication should be easily avoided if their system is properly updated.
As for the room, I’d rate it 3 out of 5 for cleanliness - it wasn’t dirty, but definitely didn’t meet the standard I expected. The only highlight was the massage chair in the room, which was a relief after a long day of walking.
With so many great hotels around the Ginza area, I wouldn’t recommend this one. I stayed at different hotels on other nights, and all were much more pleasant in terms of service and cleanliness.

The location is superb, with the bustling Ginza district literally steps away. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are also very helpful.

The location is super convenient for exploring Ginza, right across from Don Quijote and with a convenience store downstairs. Definitely a recommended hotel. The room orientation was a bit unique, but for visiting Ginza, this is my top choice, and it offers better value for money than the Karasawa next door!
