This ia just what I needed to rest before my early morning flight, in which I didn't have time to find a hotel outside the airport.
Convenient, but a bit small. Luggage can be stored at a separate room, and a key locked storage within the room.

I recently stayed at First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1 before an early morning flight. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable place to rest. The shared amenities, including the public bath, were a nice touch and helped me relax before my journey.
However, I found it inconvenient that there’s no similar accommodation in Terminal 3, where my international flight was departing. Transporting my luggage from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 late at night, and then back again early in the morning, was cumbersome and time-consuming. Having a capsule hotel option within Terminal 3 would greatly enhance convenience for international travelers.
Overall, while First Cabin in Terminal 1 provides a good rest spot, the lack of similar facilities in Terminal 3 is a notable drawback for those with international flights.

Extremely convenient for those late night arrivals, and early morning departures! Also, Just steps to the free shuttle bus that takes you between all terminals

The cabin is clean and nice, shower n toilet are clean. I booked this cabin is late arrival at midnight, no transportation to downtown. Unfortunately when i arrived at terminal 3, thought can walk to cabin, unfortunately not walking distance, no shuttle bus, had to walk out to take taxi. So taxi + cabin, not cheap n conenenirnt solution.

It's a bit noisy because of people unpacking/packing suitcases, but it's okay to spend one night

The hotel is located in Haneda Airport Terminal 1. It is very convenient to check in. There is a large bath and the room is very comfortable. However, I don't understand why the female room is more expensive than the male room? The female room is more than 600 RMB per night, and then you can upgrade to a larger room for an additional 2,000 yen. With this price and a little more money, you can stay in the airport hotel! The cost performance is not very high!

Although the room is a bit small, it is very convenient in Haneda Airport because there are free buses between the three terminals of Haneda. Although there is no private bathroom, there are public bathrooms and mini hot springs. The bathroom supplies are very complete, including pajamas, towels, bath towels, toiletries, skin care products, and even curling irons. Although the sound insulation is poor, everyone abided by the rules on the day I checked in, and no one ate or talked in the room. Although breakfast is not provided, there are convenience stores, restaurants, vending machines around, and free black coffee is provided in the lobby on the first floor.

The countertops in the 600-plus dormitory were incredibly dusty. We knew people traveling for business would have suitcases, but there was no space for them. Suitcases had to be placed outside the curtains. It wasn't safe at all. And the sound of the curtains being pulled up and down was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.

We booked first class, which was bigger than expected. The TV had headphones plugged in, and there were separate rooms for men and women. Since we were mostly traveling alone, it was very quiet. When I turned over, I could hear the rubbing of the sheets in the room next door. I could also hear the moving of suitcases in the middle of the night. (Maybe it was due to the need to stay during a transit flight)

Capsule hotels are a last resort. If there are other options, it is best not to consider them. The quality of rest is not much different from sleeping on the street. You can find a good hotel in the city for the same price. The hotel next to Narita Airport is ten blocks away from Haneda Airport.
