This is our second times in the year staying at The Strings Shinagawa. Strongly recommended! Very convenient location for food and transportation.

Great location because of ease of train access while being slightly distant from the station so that the hustle and bustle of the train station is not bothersome. Great breakfast as well

Room is big enough for family with kids, the king bed is big for 2 adults and 2 kids. They provide us a cot for my 4mth old baby as well. The bathroom is big and my kids love the bathtub. Breakfast and lounge are great too! The services are superb!! Highly recommended to everyone!!

This hotel is always one of my top picks for Tokyo. Its great location and helpful staff are the main reason! It is also wonderful when one can get a room with a view of Mr. Fuji! :-)

This was a quick one night stay as I was passing through Tokyo. The hotel is great, the staff was unbelievably nice and friendly! The breakfast buffet was delicious and club lounge was relaxing. I would definitely stay again and for a long time!

My friends and I stayed at The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel is super conveniently located, directly connected to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. While the room wasn't particularly large, the amenities were well-maintained, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Our room had a partial view of the city at night, making it a perfect place to enjoy a drink and chat with friends in the evening.
