Great location close to 2 train /subway station as well as Haneda monorail. Tokyo Tower a short walk and there were many small restaurants in side streets as well as on main road. Section L has a bakery next door and a restaurant on the other side. Byron Bay coffee shop 50 m down the road. Room was bigger that usual for Tokyo and you pay a little more, but get a kitchen, full-size fridge and washing machine. The hotel even gave us a small gift on my birthday. Would recommend this hotel for couples, especially if you can get a good deal on price.

Conveniently located within 2 train stations, eateries nearby. Good room size where 2 big luggages can be opened. Washing machine is a great feature as well (with dryer mode)! We could wear clean clothes without overloading our luggages! The team was also sweet to have left sweets for my birthday. Thank you so much! Will be back here the next time in Tokyo!

The room was clean, and the check-in was efficient. The location closes to subway stations and lots of restaurants near by. However, the photos from the hotel was not matching well with the room we stayed. The 22-squared-meter room wasn’t as big as you think, as they put a small kitchen, mid-size fridge, and a family-size laundry machine in your room, leaving the aisle very crowded to walk around and can barely open up our luggages. The bathroom was also super tiny, and if you’re around 2m height you would likely to have to bend your knees while showering. On the other hand, they place the sink at a super low position that basically made for kids. If you expect to cook and use the laundry during your stay, this is a great choice for you. Otherwise, you’ll find out the room wasn’t as big as you see from their photos. If I were to book a 22-squared-meter room in Tokyo with a similar priceI will definitely stay with another hotel next time.

Service at Section L Hamamatsucho was adequate, friendly but not overly attentive. While the decor is on the simple side, the functionality makes up for it. The rooms are apartments rather than hotel rooms, which means they come with kitchenettes and even washers and dryers – a big plus for longer stays or those who like to prepare their own meals. Location-wise, Section L shines. It's a short walk from Daimon Station, putting you on the train network for easy access to all of Tokyo. Plus, the iconic Tokyo Tower is practically next door! This makes it a great choice for sightseeing adventures. Pros: Excellent Location: Close to Daimon Station and Tokyo Tower, perfect for exploring Tokyo. Apartments, not Rooms: Kitchenettes and laundry facilities provide flexibility, especially for extended stays. Practical Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with cable, and basic toiletries are all included. Cons: Simple Decor: Don't expect luxury finishes, but the space is clean and functional. Limited Service: Staff is friendly but service is basic, with no on-site restaurant or spa amenities. Overall, Section L Hamamatsucho is a good option for budget-minded travelers who prioritize location and functionality over extensive hotel services. If you're looking for a comfortable base to explore Tokyo and appreciate having laundry facilities and a kitchenette, this could be a great fit.

The location is good, about 800 meters from Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park, but there are not many dining options nearby, more bars. There is a medium-sized supermarket about 200 meters from the hotel, you can buy some food and cook it in the apartment.

Since my children are older, I needed to consider the number and size of beds when choosing a hotel room. This time, I chose this serviced apartment. The room facilities were generally very good. The room was spacious, and two 28-inch suitcases could be folded flat. A king-size bed (approximately 2 meters) and a sofa bed perfectly solved the bedding problem. The room also came with a washer-dryer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, and other household appliances. As for transportation, the hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Daimon Station on the Asakusa Line and a 15-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station on the Yamanote Line, making it relatively accessible. As for service, as a serviced apartment, the front desk staff is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (I actually saw someone there as early as 9:00 AM). Check-in is available during these hours, but afterward, you will need to self-check in according to the instructions in your reservation email. There is no breakfast, so you will need to sort and dispose of your own trash (at designated locations). Disposable items can be picked up at the front desk on the first floor. Overall, this hotel is clean and well-equipped. If you don't mind room service, I recommend staying here.

I booked for 5 days, but my plans changed. I wanted to cancel 3 days, but was refused. I then tried to cancel 2 days, but was also refused. I couldn't even cancel a single day! I've never seen a hotel like this before. I strongly don't recommend staying here. Be careful booking this hotel.

The location is excellent, less than five minutes' walk from the subway station and two minutes from the convenience store. The room is large, and the washing machine in the room is better than the one at Hyatt House. It's great value for money.

I was very pleased with the room. Although small, it had everything I needed. It was equipped with a washer-dryer, a nicely separated wet and dry area for the bathroom, and a refrigerator and microwave. There was a dedicated check-in machine with Chinese options for those who don't speak the language. The front desk staff was diligent and responsible, and check-in was hassle-free.

This is a semi-self-service hotel. The two ladies at the front desk spoke very good English. They gave a very clear introduction upon check-in and even showed me where to put out the trash. It's suitable for guests with a certain degree of self-reliance. The apartment was very clean and had kitchen facilities. The washer-dryer was very convenient.

The room is small, it's a remodel of an old house. The lobby is modern and compact, with average decoration, but the kitchenware, bathroom, and washing machine are in good condition. The online check-in system is surprisingly easy to use, and transportation is convenient.

The location is great. But the room is incredibly small... For this price, there are plenty of options, ranging from 200 to 1,500 RMB. The only bright spot is the kitchen, so you can cook if you're not used to it. There's no gym or proper lobby. Rooms over 1.75 meters tall and weighing 100 pounds feel small. There's no room to turn around between the table and the bed; it's incredibly cramped. The bed is uncomfortable and my neck hurts. It's a good option for a short stay, especially if you're shopping during the day and sleeping at night. I wouldn't recommend it if you're on a business trip for more than a week.
