"This hotel is a very reasonably priced for what it offers. The hotel general areas is clean and well presented. We booked a basic room with what we needed for an overnight stay with air conditioning and it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great including bacon, eggs a selection of juices, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and tea/coffee. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, and hasslefree stays."

The water was a little cold when we went, so be careful when swimming. Overall, it was a very good experience. The room was clean and had a separate shower and toilet area!"

"Outstanding place to stay in Reims. The restaurant is legendary and the accommodation lives up to the quality of the restaurant. Our room was very spacious and extremely well appointed. A very comfortable place to stay. As expected, service was outstanding. Members of staff were especially kind to our 7 year old daughter. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from."

"NOT RECOMMENDED. I had booked from the Netherlands, in a rush, but I already found it strange that there were no comments on their official website! I relied on the photos on the site and I made a big mistake! My daughter went online and warned me that according to the comments on Google... there were supposed to be bedbugs at their place. As my daughter suffers from a fairly pronounced dermatological allergy and I didn't want to take any risks, I immediately tried to cancel my two-day reservation in vain! So we tried to go there anyway and try to find a solution. At 1:45 p.m. we arrived: At reception they wouldn't listen! I confronted them with the comments on the internet. The lady said that the bedbugs were indeed there but last month!.....While we had read in the comments that it was a week! In short, the place is inhospitable and seems abandoned. Apparently, it's rented out to refugees. This may be plausible, as we spent a long time waiting for the receptionist; for two solid hours, we didn't see anyone show up at the desk. We finally left the place and went elsewhere."
