I booked this hotel specifically for the oxygen facilities and humidifier, as it's at a high altitude. Upon check-in, I found out they hadn't even been installed yet. 2. It was almost 0 degrees Celsius in Tianjun at night, but the hotel had no heating. The room was incredibly cold, and both of us caught a cold after showering. 3. The amenities were substandard. The hairdryer on the second heat setting broke in less than three minutes, possibly burning out, and there was a smell of something burnt. 4. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, so after using the toilet, the smell lingered and wouldn't dissipate. 5. The plastic covers were still on the sofas, making it feel like it had just been renovated. I'm concerned about potential formaldehyde risks. 6. Currently, it's not worth the price. We had been staying at Vienna Hotels for the past few days, and this place was only slightly more expensive but offered significantly inferior facilities and service compared to what that price point should provide. 7. I only saw one staff member at the hotel. When we needed assistance, it was clear they were overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the service. I didn't give it one star because the faucets, mattress, and smart home facilities were actually decent (though it felt like money was spent on trivial things). I'm not ruling out the possibility that it could become a comfortable hotel once the oxygen, heating, and humidifiers are properly set up. However, in its current state, I don't believe it's ready to host guests."
