Tianjin Hotels with Wifi

This hotel did not live up to our expectations for a 5 star hotel. When we came to our room there was only one double bed even though we were 4 people and had booked a room with two double beds. After some time we realised they “upgraded” us to a bigger suite, but in that suite only one double bed was possible. Why would they do this without consulting us? This took us unnecessary time and effort to get this fixed and swapped back to the room we actually had booked. The hotel is fine, but lacks detail: the bathroom doors didn’t close properly, I found at least 5 intimate hairs that didn’t belong to our family, the light switches are super annoying, they sometimes doesn’t work and you can’t really decide by yourself what lights you want on/off. The breakfast was a disappointment - a lot of the stuff was almost empty, it was messy, many tables didn’t get cleared right away, and both mornings we had to wait to be seated. I didn’t expect this from Four Seasons. We appreciated the robes for our kids, the pool, the vallet staff, the showers.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. The hotel is conveniently located. Three minutes from the metro station (4 branches). Very friendly staff at the reception. We even checked in two hours ahead of the official check-in time. After learning that it was my birthday, the hotel staff brought us fruits to the room. The room itself is cozy and clean. One of the disadvantages is that it is very cold in the bathroom, which has windows facing the street. Well, the pool on the minus ground floor is tiny. As for breakfast, it's good and satisfying. Overall, it's good. But not exactly ”five stars”, in my usual sense.

a famous brand with certain confidence in the quality. not bad to ride share-bike to the hotel from public transport stops. booked the package with seafood buffet hotpot dinner, which was good as expected with unlimited hairy crabs, beer & wine provided. the night view of my room of the river was excellent.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.
