## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. This hotel offers top-notch service, stemming from its past as the Sheraton Tianjin Hotel, so the staff's training has a solid Sheraton foundation. They are incredibly responsive to every request. I always stay here whenever I'm in Tianjin because the hotel consistently lives up to my high expectations, never letting me down. The environment is arguably the quietest in Tianjin. The bar stays open quite late, so after checking in, you can enjoy a cold beer and savor the tranquility amidst the bustling city. The front desk staff, from the employees to the lobby manager, are all very warm and provide excellent service. They specially treated my room to be smoke-free, and the duvet thickness was perfectly tailored to my needs (I tend to get hot easily), which was very thoughtful and attentive. The housekeeping department even turned on the air conditioning before my arrival, ensuring a perfectly comfortable temperature. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Yan Yuan Hotel and have a wonderful time.

I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Tianjin. Situated right along the Haihe River, the hotel boasts an exceptional location that makes getting around very convenient, allowing guests to easily enjoy the scenic river views during their leisure time. The breakfast offered a rich variety with plenty of Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, the food tasted great, and it easily catered to different dietary preferences. Special recognition goes to my butler, Winter, and supervisor, Mark. Throughout the entire stay, their service was attentive and meticulous. They proactively checked if I had any additional needs and thoughtfully provided practical tips and recommendations on dining and local routes. Any requests were handled promptly, and their warm yet professional demeanor truly demonstrated great expertise and exceptional service awareness. Overall, the guest room was comfortable and quiet, and the facilities were well-maintained. Both the hardware quality and soft services exceeded expectations. Whether for a leisurely getaway or a short trip, The St. Regis Tianjin is a fantastic choice. The overall stay was pleasant and memorable, highly recommended. Thumbs up to the hotel and the attentive butler team!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Tianjin was the final stop of our National Day trip. As one of China's major cities, Tianjin keeps a relatively low profile. The hotel we stayed at is located near Northwest Corner subway station, surrounded by numerous shopping malls. Taking a taxi or the subway to attractions like the Tianjin Eye and Wudaokou is very convenient. The hotel service was excellent. Although the facilities are a bit dated, everything was generally very clean. The price was reasonable even during the National Day holiday, making for a fantastic stay. I do have one suggestion: as shown in the photo, the marble corner could use some protective padding. Nowadays, so many people travel with children, and little ones could easily bump into it and get hurt.

I stayed at the Xinhua International Hotel during my trip to Tianjin. The area around the hotel is quite lively, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop, making it super convenient to get to various parts of the city. There are plenty of snack shops nearby, so I could grab a hot breakfast right after stepping out in the morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient during check-in, and they even proactively pointed out important information. The room layout was well-designed, the bedding was comfortable, and the desk and wardrobe weren't cramped, making for a very pleasant stay.

The location is fantastic and very convenient. We came from Tianjin Station, took Metro Line 3, got off at Yingkoudao Station, and took the elevator on the right to arrive directly. Before checking in, the hotel thoughtfully called us to go over some check-in details and even allowed us to check in early—definitely worth a thumbs-up! Although the hotel has some years on it, it is very well-maintained. The room layout is great, and the interconnected suite features an exceptionally large living room and spacious bedrooms. It would be even better if the kitchenette had a microwave. Surrounded by Joy City, IFC, and Quanyechang, it’s a prime spot for shopping and dining right in the city center. On clear days, the views from the high floors are wonderful. By the way, the breakfast is decent and includes local Tianjin snacks. The duty manager provided very attentive service; as soon as I placed a cup of yogurt on the table, she immediately brought over a small spoon. Thumbs up!

The stay exceeded my expectations! The apartment is on a high floor, offering a fantastic view of the Five Avenues villas right from the window. The room is spacious and bright, with clean wooden floors and a very comfortable large bed. It's fully equipped with a small independent kitchen, a fridge, microwave, and kettle – perfect for simple cooking. The bathroom even has a smart toilet seat, which is a thoughtful touch. The living room also features a large dining table, suitable for business trips or small gatherings with friends. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained, the environment is quiet, and transportation is convenient. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again and highly recommend it! 👍

I stayed here for one night while driving during the Chinese New Year. The hotel facilities are pretty good, clean and smell-free, and the bed in the standard room is also very big, with a bed of 1.35 meters. The transportation is convenient, just off the highway.

The bed is relatively comfortable, the environment is okay, the store service is good, and overall it is good. If you are commuting, I recommend it
