Very cozy atmosphere! Not far from the beach, where you can snorkel at the breakwater. The location is great, lots of cafes around. Rafik is great, he does everything to make your stay comfortable! I recommend, the price-quality ratio is optimal!

The location is easy to find, the house has a Chinese feel, and the front and rear ventilation is very cool, not bad!

Very nice little hotel. Close to beaches. Very clean. The all island infrastructure is near. Very tasty food. Nice hotel for beach, swimming, water and sport activities lovers. Nice and kind staff. Offer transfer to near port. Very good, if you arrive in port with ship or sea plane from other Maldives places.

A clean and perfect place to enjoy the local island. Rafiq, the guy following all guests, is always available and kind for every need. We do raccomend this place for a stay: big beds, air-condition, clean rooms, great breakfast. What else??

Thank you for a great stay! We were made to feel at home. Abir and Vicky were both so friendly and helpful! The place was kept so clean, the rooms had a fan & aircon which is perfect and we had breakfast every morning which was delicious. Thanks again!

Midsummer was a nice guesthouse where I stayed 4 nights. The pictures do correctly reflect the property well. Communication was always good before and during the stay with the manager, Vicky. Rafiq, who dealt with the guests and food etc, was always helpful. Wifi was good. Aircon was good. The outside bathroom was nice. The sitting area at the front of the property is nice to have breakfast in and to chat to other guests. The room I had was nice and had everything I needed. But you have to get coffee and tea outside in the yard rather than in your room. Lighting in the room was good but a bedside lamp would be better to install as well. The bed was very large and very comfortable. The outdoor hot tub could be replaced, as it does not work, either with chairs, washing line, more plants or a new tub. It is about 3 minutes to walk to the closest beach as Midsummer is in the town. It is close but you need to wear clothes to cover up, as you can't walk in the town in your bathing gear on the local islands. This beach is pleasant with clean water and you can find shade there. The other larger beach for swimming for non-locals is about a 15-minute walk to the end of the island. There is almost no shade there, although the beach itself is nice and clean. The water is shallow. There are some places to eat near Midsummer.

I spent three wonderful nights here. The room was spacious and clean. The room included a refrigerator, aircon, small desk and dresser/bureau. The shower had hot water. Rafiq the property manager was super welcoming and prepared delicious meals. He noticed I grew tired of the continental breakfast and offered to make me a Maldivian breakfast my last day. Vicky the owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my inquiries. Only downsides were the Wi-Fi was really slow but it was slow to non-existent throughout the whole island and my full size bed was just two twins pushed together. Despite that, as long as you don’t lay on the divide, the bed was very comfortable.
