The location is very convenient, close to UTC across the road, and close to UCSD by Trolley.  The suite with two rooms is awesome, especially with family member who snores, it gives better and quite room to sleep.

Excellent hotel 5star service

Advantages: large room, good location, close to UTC business center; Disadvantages: simple facilities, three-star level, no free water, no toothbrush, no slippers, no bathrobe; simple breakfast, long queues.

The location is great, surrounded by Mall, very convenient.

The front desk attendant, a fat female staff member, checked in on the evening of June 3rd and checked out at noon on June 7th. She was extremely unreasonable, probably because of the Ctrip booking. I was given a room facing the elevator and the highway. When I asked her if there were other rooms, she refused. I felt that Ctrip was targeting me and I had to fight! Parking fee was $40, and the breakfast was so-so. Everything else was OK!
