Very nice stay. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Enjoyed our stay there

We just stayed at this location a month ago and had a great experience. This time not so much. The pullout sofa bed was horrendous and all anyone could fill were springs (not the case with the last room here). Our room did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The cooked-to-order breakfast was just ok - food was not hot except the coffee. Please stop cutting corners and make this place better.

Amazing Hotel, little bit pricy but quite sophisticated in every way. Didn't have to worry about anything. Amazing staff who offered service with a smile.

The location is very convenient, close to UTC across the road, and close to UCSD by Trolley.  The suite with two rooms is awesome, especially with family member who snores, it gives better and quite room to sleep.

Very close to shopping mall. Great breakfast. Staffs are nice.

Excellent hotel 5star service

Most hotels in the United States charge parking fees, but it is easy to overlook this when browsing online reservations. The parking lot is in the building on the left side of the hotel driveway. You use your room card to enter and exit. The fee is US$42 per night, which is quite expensive. The counter will not tell you when you check in, and you need to provide any credit card as a pre-authorization amount of about US$52. Breakfast in the atrium on the first floor Breakfast time: weekday 6:30am-9:30am Weekend/holiday 7:00am-10:00am You need to find a seat by yourself, as there are not many seats. The gym/spa/swimming pool was closed for renovations when we visited. I like the suite-style design of the hotel rooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the living room has a sofa bed. Free coffee, tea bags and sparkling water are provided in the room, and shampoo, bath products and body lotion are provided in the bathroom. There are enough sockets in the room, and there is a water dispenser next to the elevator on the first floor. The pillows are soft and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. It is very affordable for the room rate booked, but parking fees will be a consideration.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is good. It is next to UTC, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The coconut jelly is delicious 😄. There is a Chinese noodle restaurant and Haidilao. The location is very good.

I highly recommend this hotel, it is close to shopping malls and light rail, very convenient

Advantages: large room, good location, close to UTC business center; Disadvantages: simple facilities, three-star level, no free water, no toothbrush, no slippers, no bathrobe; simple breakfast, long queues.

Don't stay here. I had an emergency and checked out in a hurry. I didn't check the room. I forgot to take my facial cleanser, $1500 in cash, a shirt and a pair of pants. When I found out and went back, the housekeeper said they didn't see anything. All the managers said that if the housekeeper said there was nothing, then there was nothing. It's terrible.

The suite is large, and the sofa bed is 1.8 meters, which is enough for 4 people. The breakfast is rich and the front desk is very friendly. The hotel parking lot costs 42 dollars, and I found a place with free parking 10 minutes walk away. Westfield is within walking distance, which is super convenient for shopping and dining.

The room is large and well-equipped. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the commercial plaza, but the American breakfast is very simple.
