"The hotel and the location are fine, the staff fell asleep at breakfast time and we had breakfast 1 hour later than planned and we had to delay our check-out, the next day the same, there was nothing in the dining room, they saw us by chance and started to prepare everything, at check-out time, they checked the rooms and we had to pay for some potatoes that we ate, that's not a problem but my brothers-in-law forgot a Vietnamese hat that was in sight and some underwear and they were not polite enough to take it down to the hall and return it as we were waiting for them to pick us up for 20/30 minutes, just as they saw the potatoes they would see what they forgot but they didn't say anything."

"We loved our stay. The owner was very nice and helpful. We did laundry for 30k vdn/kg. Wifi is good, there is qr code to the bus stop going to Ban Gioc waterfall. We could buy 1,5l of water for 15k. Nearby there are many nice cafes and sushi place with delicious and cheap food. The only negative point was lack of daylight in the room but apart from that everything was great!"
