"How can I put it? Amateurism!!!!!! Long, very long, even very very long minutes before finding my reservation. A dilapidated 12m² room to fit three beds, impossible to move once they were set up. A 10-minute wait in the middle of the dining room before being served (3 tables occupied upon our arrival for 3 waitresses). The meal was very average. We placed our order, dishes were missing, and we reserved our dessert, no problem, except that, very strangely, when it came time to serve it to us, there were none left, and for good reason, they were offered and reserved for a table that was seated well after us. The waitress was lacking discretion, and we very clearly heard them say she was saving it for them (probably regulars). In short, very disappointed and unhappy!!!! Only the breakfast was up to scratch, but was it enough to satisfy us? Surely not."

"We stopped in Thiers en route to Provence. The town is quaint with a few bars,fabulous views and friendly locals. We were welcomed by the owner and his wife. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The 3 course dinner was fantastic and great value. The poached eggs cooked in burgundy wine were delicious The main course of confit lemon chicken was equally delicious however the highlight of the meal were the desserts,creme brulée and mousse au chocolat. Every dish is home made. The Algerian wine was equally delicious."

"Arnaque !! Fugitive !! All was supposed to be automated with phone concierge 24/24. Deja para recibir el código de acceso al pabellón me tuvo que llamar cinco veces ... Una vez llegado al lugar, calefacción (clima reversible) grande abierto, en pant. Nobody answers the phone ... nor fixed nor mobile. We address the only person on the site who is a room woman, who provides us on order of her superior (because yes, she arrives to join him on the phone ...) A little softening heating from the bathroom ... while it is about 15 in the room ... For an hour we tried to reach the reception about 30 times ... No answer ... We were forced to pay another hotel and to leave .... The next day I recall !! And they answer !! I'm told that I'm lying since the proof is there someone at the end of the cord And that, of course, since I've left the establishment without their permission, they will not make any refund ... How amazing!!!!!"
