"Poor cleanliness and maintenance on tables and restaurant floor, little variety in the buffets, and medium quality. Room service limited in hours and without anything to warn you about it. Heated pool with almost freezing water, lack of bathrobes in the room. For those looking for 5 stars, a good spa and the possibility of food at any time, I do not recommend it. Nor to those who have had good experiences in the Dreams chain in other hotels previously. Temuco is inferior to the rest"

They charge like a 4-star hotel, but they don't even come close to achieving a 4-star hotel in terms of quality and service. It's a shame to see so many foreigners staying at the hotel who don't understand the reason for such poor service. A disgrace."
