A kilometer away from the airport.. there's a complimentary shuttle service to the airport... If only the hotel... Have another branch downtown Yogyakarta.. will patron it."

"Service was average. While staff were generally polite, coordination - especially regarding airport shuttle service was disappointing. I contacted the hotel via calls and messages two days in a row before arrival to arrange airport pickup but received no response. When I finally reached the receptionist by phone, I was told there is always a shuttle car on standby at the arrival and departure area. However, upon arrival, there was no clear pickup point, and I couldn’t find the shuttle. I had to call the receptionist again, and only then did they arrange for the driver to pick me up. It was exhausting due to inconsistent information. When I finally met the driver, he said I should have booked the pickup one day before arrival—which I actually did, but never received confirmation. The receptionist also didn’t proactively ask whether I needed airport pickup when I called before arriving. This whole experience could have been much smoother with better internal communication. Breakfast was far below expectations, especially for a 4-star hotel and for a long stay of 5 nights. Unfortunately, the check-in process took much longer than it should have, especially for a 4-star hotel."

"everything was on top! all the facilities were fully accessible and really made it feel like staying at a 5-star hotel. i booked a room with two single beds, and honestly, the room was surprisingly spacious. super comfortable, well equipped, and totally worth it. would definitely stay here again!"

"Less than a 5-minute walk to the airport. I stayed for one night because I had an early flight the next morning. It was helpful to have a smoking room next to the front desk and a water dispenser (bottled water in the room) in the hallway. The air conditioning worked well (some hotels have non-functional AC). It was almost a bit too cold! The food court-style restaurants across the street from the hotel entrance on the first floor (with the airport behind you) were inexpensive and delicious."
