"We stayed with my family, and had family room. It comes with two rooms, shared bathroom and balcony, it is comfortable and cozy. Everything is very clean and atmosphere is very cozy. Nice location, you just need 5 minutes with car to get to the center, Great outdoor pool which is heated, we used also spa procedures and we liked that Will come back"

"We really enjoyed our time in the Holiday Inn, Telavi. We booked a room that had a small sitting room attached, and this was great for our son, who was able to have his own space on the sofa bed. It had a big, modern bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. From the moment that we checked in, all of the staff members were so friendly to us and made our stay really nice. The breakfast was small but perfectly formed, and the breakfast room has the most amazing view over the valley and the mountains. The pool was really welcome, given how hot it can be. It was very clean and had ample sun loungers and fresh towels. Parking is on the street outside, and can be tricky to find. It's free to park on the street, but not always easy to find a spot near the hotel. The hotel is across the way from the old town, and easy walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops, and the famous Plane Tree. (I was skeptical about the plane tree, coming from London, where they are everywhere, but it is genuinely impressive!) I would be very happy to stay here again!"

"Make sure to go to the third floor to the terrace to take pictures of the mountains. Good restaurant with very friendly staff. Rooms are all different. Ours was large with a balcony. The TV was not user friendly. The blinds are damaged and need to be replaced. There is no shower curtain and no separation from the rest of the bathroom, so the floor gets all wet. Nice place overall."

The employees are supper nice and friendly. after a good rest, you can enjoy the restaurant downstairs with delicious food as well there is also a bar with amazing cocktails, which you can't find anywhere in Kakheti, and large variety of wine"

"The hotel was clean and fresh, with a quite large rooms that had balcony and common terrace with breathtaking view. The kitchen is also available 7/24 with free tea and coffee. The staff are people with golden heart, very very kind and and they helped a lot with the transport. Their dog was such a playful cutie pie. Recommending this hotel to everyone wanting to a relaxed stay at an awesome place."

"I liked the hotel. It is located in a private house. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. They greeted us with homemade wine and fruit. And in the morning they fed us the breakfast we had missed. The room has a large comfortable bed, a wardrobe, towels, robes, shampoo and shower gel. There is also a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your rest and the view of the city."

"Probably the worst hotel in Georgia! Our first room had hair on a newly made bed, second room was leaking and they put us in a thurs room where kids couldn’t sleep because there was a wedding in the hotel and the manager said the music would stop at 11 pm but it didn’t and reception denied claiming that it is totally okay to let our rooms where you can’t sleep. Don’t consider to come here ever!"
