Spacious place that can accommodate to more people. Clean and well upkept.

Very clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable. The surroundings are quite convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The owner is very nice and provides all sorts of conveniences.

Had a very pleasant stay during this 3D 2N here. Such a cozy and beautiful house. Great service by the host also. Will definitely stay here again if get a chance to come here 🫶🏻

Absolutely delighted! It's a 30-minute drive from the airport, with plenty of dining options nearby and even a small mall for shopping. The six of us had a very comfortable stay. The host proactively reached out via WeChat for self-check-in, which was super convenient. The house was spotless and fully equipped. We'd definitely choose Xiaomei Homestay again if we have the chance! 🫰

Clean and great value for money.

Xiaomeijia surprised me. I stayed in Tawau for one night before going to Semporna. There were three families, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price was 400 RMB. They also gave me a bunch of thoughtful snacks and new products. The kitchen was very clean. , the bathroom is also very clean, not to mention the bedroom. There is a durian stall 150 meters away. I bought 3 durians ➕ 20 mangosteens ➕ two dragon fruits for 200 ringgit. . . Eat until you are satisfied. I will come back next year, specifically to stay at Xiaomei's house for a few more days.

Very good, clean and tidy, responsive, a good choice for Tawau Airport transfer. There are supermarkets and fruit stalls around, convenient. Durian is easily available.
