Facilities: Two adults and one child booked a suite with a sofa bed, which was quite comfortable. Breakfast was average, but it was a common problem in the whole city. Hygiene: Overall, there was no big problem, but there were not enough bath towels and toothbrushes, and the room attendant did not speak English. Although we stayed only for one night, the staff service level was good and accommodative to hotel guests and the room was clean and had the necessary facility. The front office staff was also very helpful especially in arranging our transportation to the airport.

Overall satisfied. The room upgraded me to a suite. The bedding was good and I slept comfortably. The facilities were also OK. The only complaint was the breakfast. It was average and nothing special. We ordered pizza at the hotel in the evening, which was really good. For two people, the average cost was about 150-180 RMB per person.

Due to a flight delay of more than 14 hours, I was unable to check into my prepaid room.
I wrote several letters with screenshots about the delay and a request to cancel the reservation or move it to the next day. The hotel management refused me harshly and categorically. This is not what you expect from the Marriott chain.
