Asked for duplicate of my diving receipt both at the counter and via email. No one assisted me.

Clean & neat

Very friendly, coze place, helpful staff.

The decoration is very retro, the furniture is all solid wood, the location is very good, and there are souvenirs for sale in the lobby. The only drawback is that the breakfast is the same every day. It is okay for a short stay, but it is a bit too much for a long stay. It is recommended to change the breakfast to something more varied!

Traditional old Soviet rooms, with balconies on every floor, suitable for smokers to go out and smoke. The swimming pool and gym are good. The only drawback is that the breakfast is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I ate the same thing for eight days, which was very greasy. I suggest that the hotel have different dishes every two days, otherwise I will have no appetite!

The hotel is in a great location, and you can walk to the Timur Museum and Timur Square. I like the decoration style of the room, with distinctive solid wood furniture. Unfortunately, the shower water flow is not big and there is a little leakage (it is recommended to bring your own shampoo and bath products). We stayed for three nights, and the breakfast was good and rich enough.

The carpet was very dusty, the breakfast was OK, the room furnishings were weird, the things were a bit old, the door was hard to close, I changed hotels after staying for a few days. The service was OK, and the location was good.

The hotel facilities need to be improved. The door chain is broken. It took a long time to communicate before changing the room. The door chain of the changed room was also broken. The hotel felt ashamed and quickly asked the maintenance staff to repair it. It took about 40 minutes from the request to change the room to the completion of the chain repair. When taking a shower at night, I found that the shower head was splashing everywhere when using it, and it was uncomfortable to take a shower. The highlight is the buffet breakfast service. The restaurant is small and starts at 7 am, but bread and milk are served 15 minutes after the meal. Many guests are walking around with empty plates waiting. The location is also worthy of praise. It is located in the city center and the external environment is prosperous and beautiful.
