Clean and good location

Room was clean and nice. Comfortable stay and the location was great, just opposite the Tasch station.

Nice gym and sauna facilities. Yet, the counter always has not personnel ready. Location is outside Zermatt.

David has been fantastic there. But in general the lack of staff seems apparent at the hotel

Great location but service is limited with insufficient staff

There is a COOP supermarket at the door, 1 minute to the station, and direct access to Zermatt. The location is perfect and the small room is very cozy. I will stay again next time I come.

The room looks big from the photos, but it's actually quite small and crowded. The facilities indicated that there was a refrigerator, but there wasn't one. I bought some ice cream and wanted to go back to freeze it, but there was no refrigerator. The toilet in the room I stayed in happened to have a swamp smell, but the location was very convenient, right next to the subway station.

The hotel is very close to the Tasch train station, and it only takes 12 minutes to get to Zermatt. The hotel can store luggage, which is very convenient. If you have a good room in Zermatt, you can book here. The price is very affordable

The location is very convenient, just across the road from the train station. The room is clean, new and relatively large. Check-out is simple, just put the key in the box at the front desk. There is a parking lot for guests only, and you can park for free.
