This is my third time staying since 2024. A very good hotel indeed. But breakfast are getting bad. They might be losing corporate customers.

The hotel has a great location and is very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. Would definitely consider coming back again.

The laundry service very slow ,it takes 24 hours . However i was in rush. The swimming pool is crowded, they have swimming academy for kids, and no privacy at all . The shower i the swimming pool is dirt .no shower gel or shampoo.

Position of hotel convenient for restaurants and shopping . Hotel has pleasant lobby and swimming pool . No English speaking among the personnel and no service to bring deliveries directly to room . Room pleasant and functional .. clean .

The twin beds are 1.35 meters each, which is suitable for family travel. The room size is good, and the location is also advantageous. It is next to Wanda, which makes takeout very convenient and morning tea nearby. But the facilities feel a bit old! (I didn't take photos of the hotel, so I'll post some photos of morning tea)

They contacted me one day in advance to ask if I need anything. After checking in at the hotel, they sent me to the elevator. Parking is very convenient. You can park on the ground floor at the door. If it is full, you can park in the underground parking lot of Wanda Plaza next door, which also has a direct elevator to the hotel. It is not far from Liuyuan and the old street, and it is within walking distance. I had something to delay my check-out before leaving, and they also helped me with the late check-out. They also gave children small gifts on Children's Day, which made the children very happy

These facilities may have been okay 5-7 years ago, but they are indeed inferior in the hotel industry that is currently not doing well. Hygiene: The sanitation in the room is good, there are no stains on the bathtub, no small flies in the shower room, and no problems with the floor drain, which shows that daily sanitation work is in place. The windows in the room are relatively dirty. Travel: It is still convenient, whether it is taking a taxi, driving, or taking the bus. Surroundings: Not far from the scenic spots, it is convenient to travel and visit. Next to Wanda Plaza, shopping and eating are also very convenient. Breakfast: Need to complain. Although there are all kinds of food, the specifications are indeed a bit low. The good reviews include freshly squeezed carrot juice, boiled dried shredded vegetables, fish soup noodles and fish soup in wontons, which are really fresh. Several Chinese dishes are also cooked and taste good, and the soy milk tastes good. Western snacks are slightly inferior. The buns look like semi-finished products that are steamed and not freshly made. Fruits, well, are particularly bad. In general, this price and level are acceptable, more suitable for business trips, or traveling with elders. Generally recommended.

The room was upgraded for free, and welcome fruits were given. The hotel service items were introduced and a tourist brochure was given. We were told about the famous snacks and tourist attractions in Taizhou. Check-in was fast and efficient. The concierge brother led us to the room and introduced the room facilities. The aunt on the floor was very good, took the initiative to greet us, and delivered things in time. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, the toiletries were complete, and the bathtub was comfortable. They also helped to send children's slippers and The toothbrush is very considerate. The breakfast has rich varieties, tastes good, has local characteristics, and has a good experience. The most praiseworthy thing is the closed-loop service of the hotel. First of all, the customer service staff took the initiative to contact me the day before I arrived at the hotel, asked about my check-in needs, informed the location of the hotel, and how to take the bus to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk arranged a room for me in advance according to my needs. After checking in, the manager called the room to ask about the room stay experience and informed me in time if there were any problems. When I checked out, the front desk asked me how I was doing and gave me a gift. It was really thoughtful. This is the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in. I will stay here again when I come to Taizhou in the future, and I hope this hotel will get better and better!
