五一節期間選擇來這家酒店住宿，然而給我留下了非常不好的印象，以至於讓我對整個泰州城都不是特別喜歡。
這家酒店還是有一些優點的，我先從好的方面説起。首先這家酒店整個的佈局設計非常優雅。是中式風的宅院，有養了金魚的池塘和非常有情調的小亭。屋外還設計了一些桌椅以及非常可愛的鞦韆。走在院子裏好像置身在過去一樣。
再就是這家酒店可以看出來，最開始設計的時候應該是照着4星左右的標準打造的。還保留了一些習慣。比如説擦手巾，擦臉巾是分開的。有歡迎水果、minibar。房間裏有天貓精靈，可以控制智能家電。衞生間也是智能馬桶蓋。洗手間用的裝修建材也非常不錯，是我見過出熱水最快的酒店，淋浴間也基本可以做到防霧。
但是下面要説一下缺點。
最重要的一條，那就是房間和圖上不符。我們預訂的是庭院房。在介紹裏説的是30~45平，實際分給我們的房子可以看一下圖就是那種普通快捷酒店大床房的水平。的確在一進門的位置有一個小玄關，但是那個玄關根本沒有辦法使用。對於實際住宿的體感來説，大概也就是20平。而我們同樣價位定的其他人普遍都是大房間，我們路過的時候看到了。所以想問一下店家為什麼要跟我分配這樣一個房間，我們當時也問過店家，店家説啊，不好意思就是這樣。所以説如果大家攤上了這種房間，那麼店家會回覆你的就是算你倒黴。
真的想問一下，在泰州這個城市，我選了高檔房，一個房間600一天，我加錢的目的就是為了想要一個比較大的房間，最後給我分配成一個這樣的，讓遊客怎麼能滿意呢？
第2點就是，如果你是看了評論的，説他們家早餐很好吃，那千萬不要來。因為他們家的早餐已經不再是前幾年的樣子。他們家現在是分為內部自助早餐區和對外賣的營業區。過去他們家的自助早餐和對外賣的早餐是一樣的。但現在全分開了，自助早餐不能去吃對外賣的那些。在每一間房間裏還有一個早餐提示牌，寫着自助早餐裏有蟹黃包那些等等早茶類型，但實際上早餐衹有一些非常低級的食材。絕對沒有蟹黃包什麼的。我們吃了一個肉丁包，結果味道還有點發餿。葷菜衹有煎雞蛋和乾硬的奧爾良雞排。
我想説應該很多遊客來這邊玩，就是想來體驗一下早茶的。但這家酒店是固定帶自助早餐套餐，不能退費，而早餐的水平又這麼拉垮。這讓我們在泰州期間的體感急劇下滑。
第3點就是一些常見問題了。被子上面有大片的污漬。床單刺激皮膚。房間非常容易進蚊蟲。而且隔音非常非常非常非常差。窗口好像是有小推車，隔一段時間就經過一次，可以説你感覺那個輪子就壓在你耳邊過去的。外面説話的聲音也都能聽得一清二楚。
臨走的時候，店家送了伴手禮，回去看了一下是店鋪自己做的幾種口味的包子。應該是對外賣的那種。我真的想説能做到這個水平還不如自助早餐都做成這樣，給客户留下一個好的印象和愉快的住宿體驗。而不是到走的時候再以小恩小惠收買顧客。希望店家能考慮一下。

This time I stayed in the hotel and booked a twin room. When I checked in, the front desk lady enthusiastically upgraded me to a balcony twin room. The room was very comfortable and clean, especially the bathroom was relatively large, the bedding was neat, and I asked for two more bottles of water, which the waiter brought to me. The service was good, and there were both Chinese and Western breakfasts with a rich variety. The hotel is a little far from the train station, and the bus travel time will be longer.

The toilet has a bad smell. It is better to put something to absorb the smell.
The service is very good. Xiao Xu will contact us in advance and solve the problem for us. He also gave us a sleeping bag, which is very helpful. With eye masks and earplugs, you can sleep better.
The only thing I can't stand is the air conditioner! I don't know which management decided it. April is a transitional season. It is sometimes cold and sometimes hot. The room is hot to 27-28°. The air conditioner can't be turned on. There is only heating. . . This is too stingy. I gave a cooling fan, otherwise it would be stuffy and hot. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is clean. The murals in the lobby are very distinctive. The service staff are very good. The cleaning lady is very polite and will greet you when she sees you. The beautiful lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. I recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and it was Christmas when I checked in. The hotel also prepared a small gift. When I booked, I saw the decoration sound of the hotel prompt. It was not very loud... Atour's bedding was really comfortable and I slept well all night. It must be mentioned that the front desk partner Nian Duck is very warm, the hotel is clean and hygienic as a whole, and the check-out will send warm water.
Late night porridge: This time I experienced a handful, there are two kinds of porridge, there are quite a lot of pickles next to it, and there are some steaming points.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great, and service was polite and helpful, though they didnt speak more than 3 words of English.
This is not a typical Hampton Hotel, but an 18 story Hilton property with beatiful comfortable rooms, a gym and a nice buffet (again rare in China for hotel less then $150 a night)
BUT, the central heating couldnt be turned off, and I barely slept because it was soooo hot all night, no matter what I tried to do to adjust it; and smoke poured in trhough the heating from guests smoking in nearby rooms (though no smoking is allowed). Lastly, there was construction in the hotel and the concrete jackhammering started about 8am

Because we were trapped by the typhoon, we had temporary accommodation and the environmental sanitation was not a problem. Especially the food delivery was done by robots, which was particularly convenient. However, there was a KTV next to the room, and the noise went straight to the window. I called the front desk to inquire, thinking that the hotel had singing facilities. However, the KTV I informed them did not take the initiative to ask if I needed to change rooms. I was a bit disappointed!

I also want to give a shoutout to the reception staff—they were super kind and welcoming!However, there were a couple of things that could use some improvement. The check-in time of 2 pm felt a bit late, as I arrived eager to settle in, and the breakfast didn’t quite meet my expectations. I was hoping for some tasty options, but that wasn’t the case, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that the staff asked quite a few questions during check-in(just for me, a foreigner), which felt a little reminiscent of those Covid times(traumatized🤣). Overall, while there are a few areas for improvement, I appreciated the positive aspects of my stay and would recommend it for anyone.

There are also vouchers for check-in, and you don't have to pay for some drinks. The room is very soundproof and will not be disturbed by outside noise at all. It is suitable for guests who need a quiet rest. The entire hotel is spotless from the lobby to the room. The sheets and towels are clean and tidy. There are special people cleaning every day, which makes people feel very safe!
