The room is spacious and clean. Well equipped with good brand amenities. The staffs are very nice and friendly. Though they cannot speak English, they are willing to help on every request. They are helping us to book museums and attraction in China, which are not easy to book for foreigners. The night meal porridge are delicious with a few but enough choices of side dishes. On the last day, they extend our check out time so that we can rest in the room until the train time. Very recommended for this hotel.

New hotel. Great location, just on top of subway. Lobby staff are very nice. Breakfast with various variety. Worth the money. Highly recommended.

The room hygiene is reassuring. I also accidentally saw the aunt cleaning the next room. She was squatting on the floor and wiping it bit by bit with a rag. She was very careful. The breakfast is rich, but the most surprising thing is that there is a late-night canteen after 9:30 in the evening. Although it is just porridge and side dishes, it is enough to soothe people. By the way, the hotel also provides free laundry and drying services, which is very considerate.

All aspects of the health service environment are satisfactory. Here is a small suggestion: a twin room with one large bed and one small bed is basically for three people with children. Slippers, Atour Planet pillows and the like can be configured according to three people.

The front desk staff was very considerate and took the initiative to provide hot mineral water to bring warmth in the cold winter!

The cleanliness and facilities of the room are good, which is more in line with the quality of Atour. But the front desk is really strange. The room is sometimes available and sometimes not. Very stingy. We took the early high-speed train to Taiyuan. Because we didn't get the return ticket, we needed to stay for one night before returning to Shanghai, so we chose the economical and fast Atour. As a result, we arrived at the front desk at 11 o'clock and were told that there was no room and we had to wait. I told the front desk that we could either upgrade it, because I didn't wash up in the morning and wanted to wash up before going out. Then we were told that there was still no room after upgrading one level. Then I was very confused about why it was so popular, and I took a casual look at Ctrip. Seeing that diamond members can upgrade for free, I told him that I could upgrade it anyway, and if there was no room for the executive level, I could upgrade it to the next level. Then suddenly I was told that there was an executive room. I asked if I had just checked out and needed to wait for cleaning? He said no. So it was very strange, did he not want to upgrade or what. To be honest, Atour's high-end king bed, executive king bed and wooden king bed are really not important to us passers-by, just taking a shower. It's really stingy to dawdle at the front desk for a long time on a small matter. 😓😓😓The room on the 11th floor is right below the restaurant. The restaurant started cooking at 5 o'clock the next day. The soundproofing is really average. I was in a bad mood and had to catch the high-speed train at 8 o'clock in the morning😓😓😓Speechless
