Its inside the vibrant Ximending Commercial Area. Close to shops and lots of food choices everywhere. Perfect basic accommodation for your trip to taipei.

The entrance of the hotel is not quite easy to find....quite confusing since Star Ximen is only 9th and 10th floor and the elevator on the side street is on the open ground level...(you get what you pay for), so don't expect too many facliities and amenities...the room is good enough for 4 people and you can open your medium luggage without any hassles...

Room was clean, pretty spacious. Location was amazing just a few minutes walk from many famous eateries in Ximen!

you get what you pay for. This hotel is accessible to mrt, bus station and other establishments in Ximending. It was great experience :)

Hotel is Too Old smells stinky, They are not kid friendly. They will charge you for additinal 1 pillow. No spoon or no stirring for coffee, only 1 pc of coffee a day they will give it to you. Too noise next to the room.. not recommended this hotel…😞 so saaaaad

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It is spacious and the location very good, near to the shopping mall and restaurants. If you are tired walking, there are a lot of affordable massage shop around to release your tiredness.

Very poor customer service. Front desk not helpful at all. All “no” answers to requests: Example: they didn’t give us enough towels. Said” no towels until 3:00 pm tomorrow “. when the towels are parked infront of our room. They looked angry when we asked questions. Just sitting infront of the desk doing nothing. Location is good but will not book again nor recommend this hotel to friends. There are a lot of hotels around the area.
