Self service kiosk inconveniences, luggage storage need to pay

My business planing changed and i couldn’t go and i cancelled my booked and they didn’t returned my deposit . Really bad i will never go to this hotel

Very inconvenienced,only provide 1 key,besides that very thing is ok.

The check in time is 5pm instead of the usual 3pm

Near Ningxia Night Market, there are convenience stores nearby. The hotel provides Tesla shuttle service to the airport. Book in advance and the driver will pick you up downstairs of the hotel and go directly to the airport.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Zhongshan MRT Station. There's a coffee machine on the first floor for unlimited drinks, which is great. The room is quiet and cleaned very well every day. I recommend it. The biggest disadvantage may be that it's a short distance from the MRT. That's it.

The environment and location are good, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to Ningxia Night Market, but the sound insulation is a bit poor.

There are free water machines and instant drink machines in the lobby with coffee, chocolate, and milk for residents to drink. There is a washing and drying machine  on the second floor for residents to use.

The check-in procedure of this hotel is quite convenient. The whole process is completed in front of the self-service machine. There is no counter staff, which may not be convenient for some elderly people. The hotel's hygiene is generally good. There is a dripping sound in the toilet, which can be bothersome at night. Overall, it is quite satisfactory. The price is a bit expensive on weekends.

The room facilities are relatively old. I hope the hotel can fix the wallpaper. But the location is very close to Ningxia Night Market and Taipei Station and Zhongshan Station. It's about 10 minutes away. The hotel colleagues have good service and smooth communication. Overall, it's very good☺️☺️

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom has a jacuzzi Good place to rest comfortably

The room was very clean and nice. Each floor seems to have a theme, there is a Japanese floor, a French floor, etc. It is very stylish. The only downside is that the room I stayed in was cut into a triangle by the hallway, so it was much smaller than the other square room my companion had stayed in. It may be difficult to open large suitcases inside the room. Other than the small size of the room it was comfortable and I would like to stay again.
