Excellent staff and great service

Total is cool I like this experience.

Clean but the family room is a bit small containing two queen beds. Housekeeping probably short on staff too as the room was made up only by late afternoon. Ideally it would be good if room could be made by 2 pm. Overall a good stay , will stay again

The staff is helpful and nice. Hotel also provide snack, instant noodles and drinks for all guest. They also provide laundry service. I will recommend this hotel toy friends.

The location is great, with plenty of space, clean, and great service. They offer cup noodles at night, and there are many restaurants and drugstores nearby, such as Kangshimei, Watsons, and Baoya. I will choose this place again next time.

The room is designed with a high overall utilization rate and feels quite spacious. But a large suitcase may not always have room to open it all conveniently. The bathroom space is also very convenient to use, especially the shower door and frame which prevent water from escaping (a problem that exists in many hotels). The water volume and temperature are both very good, but it is a pity that there is no shower head. The bathroom uses TOTO equipment, such as the toilet and sink, which are both good. The mobile phone platform is large and there is plenty of space for toiletries. In terms of entertainment, the TV provides rich and diverse programs, including programs from all countries and all age groups, which can meet different needs. There are plenty of sockets in the room, and they are easily accessible. There is a rest area on the second floor, where you can get some coffee and snacks, as well as equipment such as microwaves. It is also very useful for chatting or working here. There are Wuhu and Sihai Soy Milk nearby, as well as various restaurants, which means there is food available 24 hours a day. The downside is that the sound insulation between rooms and windows is not good. You can vaguely hear the voices of the neighbors (but if you are watching TV or talking in your own room, you probably won't feel it), and the sound of motorcycles passing by outside the window is quite obvious when you sleep (the room window is the back balcony of the next building, not facing the road)

This is a good value business hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the amenities are excellent. Free parking is quite convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you need.

All indicators are pretty good. To be honest, why is the service so bad? I felt that the hotel had "bad" intentions towards guests who checked in after midnight! Reasons: 1. They clearly had rooms but deliberately didn't list them on major platforms 2. After the guests arrived at the hotel, they deliberately upgraded their rooms and forced them to pay more. I was tired and sleepy, but I was treated maliciously like this. It was really disappointing and it really lowered my first impression of Taipei.

The room is spacious, bright and very clean. There are instant noodles for midnight snacks after 22:00. There are also water dispensers and coffee machines, as well as laundry. The staff are also very considerate. The price per night is also very cheap. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

The location is very good, less than 5 minutes away from the MRT station, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to order food with Uber! The service staff are very good. Although there is no restaurant, there are light meals in the afternoon and instant noodles at 10 pm. The room feels very good and I would recommend staying here! The only thing to say is that it was a bit moldy when I first entered the room, but fortunately, the air conditioner was turned on for a while and it was gone. I will still consider staying here next time if I need it!
