Clean room got everything parking space although room is a bit small

Total is cool I like this experience.

Clean but the family room is a bit small containing two queen beds. Housekeeping probably short on staff too as the room was made up only by late afternoon. Ideally it would be good if room could be made by 2 pm. Overall a good stay , will stay again

The staff is helpful and nice. Hotel also provide snack, instant noodles and drinks for all guest. They also provide laundry service. I will recommend this hotel toy friends.

It's a great hotel. The transportation is very convenient. It's near the MRT station. The room is very clean. There are many dining options around. I will choose CityInn Hotel next time.

I originally booked a double bed room, but found out that it was two small beds pushed together. The hotel refused to refund the money. They said that the hotel's big bed is like two small beds pushed together, so guests who booked the room should consider carefully and don't step into a trap.

Clean and comfortable, the bed is also very good to sleep in, the triple room has a large floor-to-ceiling window to see the scenery outside, which is great! It's also very close to the MRT, and there are many delicious foods around, so you don't have to worry about being hungry in the middle of the night. I would like to remind friends who drive like me, because the hotel's underground parking lot is mechanical to reach the basement parking, you need a special person from the hotel to guide you, and the hotel will also remind you!
