I had a recommended disability. It was awesome stay friend workers helpful they guaranteed that I get much comfortable and if I will book again, I will book with them.

I’ve travelled extensively across multiple countries and stayed in countless hotels, from luxury chains to boutique properties, but I can confidently say this: the customer service I received here was the best I’ve ever experienced. Mr. Sultan went above and beyond in every possible way — his professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made us feel instantly welcomed and well taken care of. While the rooms themselves were decent and comfortable, it was the exceptional service that made this stay memorable. Mr. Sultan's attention to detail and genuine care didn’t just enhance our stay at the hotel — it elevated our entire trip. It’s rare to find someone who leaves such a positive impression in such a short time, but he did exactly that. If you're visiting Taif and value top-tier hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Platinum Park — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Sultan, you’re in for a truly standout experience.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is convenient and the transportation is convenient. The service is very good, and basically whatever you need will be met as much as possible. Compared with the price of other hotels, the overall cost performance of this hotel is still very good!

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The rooms lack cleanliness. The smell of smoke is annoying and spread throughout the hotel. I asked to change the room, but the employee refused, claiming that it had been two hours since I received it. Room service and reception, no one responded to the reply. According to the employee, smoking is prohibited. However, the hotel carpet showed signs of cigarette burns.
