Good hotel

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The rooms lack cleanliness. The smell of smoke is annoying and spread throughout the hotel. I asked to change the room, but the employee refused, claiming that it had been two hours since I received it. Room service and reception, no one responded to the reply. According to the employee, smoking is prohibited. However, the hotel carpet showed signs of cigarette burns.

Comfortable room for family and clean and close to all places

I did not stay there and my money was not returned to me as I was defrauded and my money was defrauded. I spent a period of time demanding it, but neither the application nor the hotel responded. I bear all my financial rights to the Tripp application.

I had to wait another two and a half hours to check in as the check-in time was due to the room not being cleaned properly. No one cared about me during that time.
