The hotel is very centrally located and you won't have any trouble finding good food or shopping venues. It's also very close to the train station and the bus station to Sun Moon Lake. For me it was perfect. The lobby is also gorgeous and well-designed, very clean and overall appealing. The personnel is friendly. My initial room was clean and very comfortable and had a fan in it additionally to the AC. Unfortunately there was pretty obvious water damage as water was dripping from the ceiling and running down the wall which actually got worse by the hour. It was after a typhoon so maybe that had something to do with it. I went to the reception and told them about it and they were very accomodating and gave me a different room. It was pretty obvious that they didn't care about water literally running down the wall, though, and I think that's odd and damaging to the room and hotel. The new room had some water damage, too, but it was less severe so I didn't bother getting another different room.

Maybe I’m lucky, clean room and nice space, and quiet maybe depends on which room, some feather dust but overall is clean, in this price, very very nice

I would rate this hotel 3 to 4 stars. The cleanliness was just average, but the location was great—very close to Taichung Station and Miyahara, making it quite convenient.

Good location, it's a vegetarian hotel they only serve vegetarian bfast. What I don't like is the noise of the KTV downstairs, it's really noisy and you can all hear it from your room especially the bass so make sure to read reviews before you book.

Very nice room, i booked the capsule type but they upgraded to a single room instead, it was very nice. Location is very good, near taichung main station, Bus stop, and miyahara.

The hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks , friendly staff, Comfortable rooms.

Overall, this hotel is decent and worth the money if you’re just looking for a place to sleep while touring the area. However, a bit disappointment with the check-in time — 16:30 is unusually late, and the check-out time remains at 12:00 with no extension.

Room was alright. Had some spots that didn’t seem very clean. Amenities were alright, need to pay more if you want toiletries. Staff was quite slow with service. Overall, still considered value for money given good location.

Chose a room without windows at an affordable price. Location is near miyahara and Taichung train station. However, there IS NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. We have to exchange our towels at the counter and toiletries are not provided.

The room is large and spacious, the shampoo and the shower gel smell very good! Price is very worth it.
