Absolutely amazing hotel with great location and service quality. Cleanliness is great too. The lobby area is chill and spacious. There is the view of mount Tai from the hotel room. It is just beside a mall which has good food to have meals while you are staying here.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Arriving late at night, I was prepared to just grab a simple snack, but to my pleasant surprise, the hotel thoughtfully offered their 'Late-Night Congee' service. A warm bowl of congee, served with refreshing side dishes, instantly melted away all my travel fatigue. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a wide variety of nutritionally balanced options that tasted wonderfully authentic. Combining the comforting gesture of the 'Late-Night Congee' and the satisfaction of a generous breakfast, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – a perfect 10/10 experience! It's also conveniently located near Mount Tai. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options and convenient supermarket shopping. Parking is available, including EV charging stations.

The hotel boasts an excellent location; a bustling commercial street with endless options for dining, entertainment, and shopping is right downstairs. We also got to sample delicious Shandong cuisine at a century-old restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade. I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they kindly mailed them back to me free of charge. The breakfast was also abundant and tasty. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay.

The bar area in the room had some yellow stains, which was a bit off-putting. There was no mini-fridge, which was inconvenient as I had wanted to buy some delicious local yogurt but then had nowhere to store it. A staff member at the front desk provided excellent service; before my hike, she kindly gave me two bottles of water and a beautiful Taishan Shigandang charm. I also heard that hiking poles were available for loan. The refreshment station in the lobby had lovely cups with lemon slices, which truly brightened up my hike.

Atour Hotels' quality and service are consistently excellent; I've never had a bad experience, save for one older branch within Beijing's 2nd Ring Road. What truly impressed me was that after checking out, I was planning to go hiking and was concerned about my luggage. Even though I had already left the hotel, a staff member offered to store it for me and even lent me a trekking pole. I was truly speechless by their thoughtfulness. I'll definitely be returning to Mount Tai, and when I do, I'll choose to stay at this Pangu Tiandi branch again. Its proximity to Hongmen and Dai Temple makes it incredibly convenient. For fellow hikers reading this review, I'd like to offer a few small tips that I hope you'll find helpful. First, within a few dozen meters' walk from the hotel, there's a restaurant specializing in stir-fried chicken called 'Pian Ai Chao Ji'. This was a local specialty recommended by a taxi driver, and the Taishan stir-fried chicken is truly excellent. For those visiting from out of town, you absolutely *must* try the fried mantou (steamed buns) with egg – they are unbelievably fragrant and delicious! There's also a Zaozhuang-style stir-fried chicken restaurant nearby, which is good too, but they can't adjust the spice level. When hiking, I highly recommend bringing two trekking poles. Using one in each hand will save you a lot of energy. I initially only took the one lent by the hotel, and by halfway up, I was completely worn out. As soon as I got a second pole, my pace instantly picked up. The people of Taishan are genuinely warm and lovely. When I went out to eat, an auntie kept insisting I try her delicious homemade sauce. The only slight letdown was an old man selling watermelon halfway up Mount Tai. He charged ten yuan for a single slice, which wasn't very sweet and sometimes wasn't even fresh. I felt a bit ripped off, especially since stalls further up were selling three slices for the same price! Definitely avoid buying watermelon from him, haha.

Our room was neat, clean, and comfortable, offering stunning views directly facing Mount Tai. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and patiently answered all our questions. **Facilities:** The laundry room on the 22nd floor was fully equipped, and the staff even thoughtfully delivered our washed and dried laundry directly to our room. The breakfast restaurant also provided takeaway cups and sleeves for coffee, which was a very thoughtful and convenient touch. **Location:** Directly downstairs, there's a large shopping mall offering a complete range of shopping, entertainment, and dining options. This is absolutely the best choice for anyone visiting Tai'an!

At check-in, I wasn't entirely clear on it, but I believe I received a complimentary upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and overall environment. It was spotless, and the room was quite spacious. The hotel also showed great thoughtfulness; they even provided complimentary hiking poles at the entrance (though I didn't get a chance to use them) and gave me a lovely farewell gift upon departure!

The front desk staff generously upgraded our room for free after noticing we were a family of three. Our room featured a floor-to-ceiling window with direct views of Mount Tai. All in-room snacks and drinks were complimentary. Complimentary hiking poles were also available at the entrance. The service was excellent. They offered a fantastic complimentary service to wash, dry, and deliver our hiking clothes back to our room. The complimentary late-night congee service was also much appreciated. Even upon check-out, we received a thoughtful farewell gift package, including snacks, mineral water, and a local Mount Tai stone figurine. The hotel's location on Dongyue Street is excellent, with a bustling commercial area downstairs offering plenty of dining choices. It's also conveniently close to Mount Tai, Dai Temple, and Puzhao Temple.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. Atour's quality, service philosophy, and staff attitude are consistently top-notch, and I truly hope they continue to uphold this standard. We were upgraded to a family suite this time, which was perfect. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, was located on a high floor, and was incredibly spacious. The views were outstanding, with such clear visibility that we could even spot Nantianmen (South Heaven Gate) right from our bed. Spending two nights here to relax before taking the kids to climb Mount Tai was an excellent choice. The hotel is conveniently located above the Pangu Tiandi commercial complex, making it super easy to access dining, shopping, and entertainment. It's also very convenient for sightseeing, being just 1.4 km from Dai Temple and about 2 km from Hongmen (Red Gate). The first picture I've shared was taken from our window and beautifully captures Nantianmen. There's even a Wanda Cinema right downstairs, so the kids got to enjoy a movie too.

Wonderful stay at this hotel, room is assigned according to my requests, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and the new pillow given to me by 小张 for trial is very comfortable. She and all  the reception staff are very helpful, kind and cheerful. The breakfast is excellent The location is also convenient to various attractions. . I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

My recent stay at Atour Tai'an had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day out. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast was good too. However, there were some drawbacks. The hair dryer in the room had a tendency to overheat and stop working, requiring multiple cycles to dry my hair. Additionally, the absence of a heated bidet, a feature I've come to expect, was noticeable. Despite these issues, I would still recommend [Hotel Name] for its comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Improvement in these areas would make for an even better stay.
