Ok satisfied with the hotel overall. Maybe the hotel need some renovation. Abit old. I like their traditional duck I had for dinner. Many swimming pool to swim in.

I really enjoyed me stay at the Mansion. I was travelling solo to complete some online yoga study. I loved my room, the grounds were beautiful, one of the pools could need a little bit of love but the other 2 were lovely. Food was good and the staff were all so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Ubud. Great amenities with 6 pools and the gardens are fab. I was here a few years back and the place has become a little tired looking but still a great hotel. They offer a free shuttle for drop off and pickup in Ubud which is very handy. Breakfast is good with a great selection and they even made my room social for my birthday. I would recommend a stay here at the mansion

This resort is quite big & gives a wonderful jungle feel. Many pool options are available to relax. Room was spacious. However, I felt it needed a deep cleaning. Lovely semi-outside bathroom. Lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel, but needs a bit more cleaning

This is an exceptional property. Amazing rooms, total 6 different pools, super delicious brekfast, super friendly staff. Worth stay.

I don’t really like rooms there, but amenities are amazing, beautiful area to walk to chill, many cool pools, good gym, very green, not so clean

Worst hotel i had in my life , old decorations nothing related to the pictures, uncomfortable bed , no place for clothes , horrible swimming pool , no drying rack

The poor service was due to the security guard. It was an unpleasant experience and I don’t want to mention it again. I just know that I don’t want to stay in this hotel again!

There were bugs and some inconveniences, but considering the cost-effectiveness, it can't be inconvenient! The room was bigger and nicer than I thought! Breakfast was just so-so. I want to take a yoga class next time.

A hotel that has long since seen its best days. Ants everywhere in the room (dead and alive, even after the room has been cleaned). Unfortunately, the room door only closes 50% of the time. The family rooms are more like tents in terms of noise. You hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. The Balinese style of construction is respectable, but it has nothing to do with privacy. The very large complex is extremely green. If it were better maintained, you could enjoy it more. There are many small pools, hidden in different areas. Unfortunately, some of the loungers/seats are broken, mostly dirty...not very inviting. If you have small children, you have to be very careful, there are many broken railings and stone slabs. The breakfast is okay and manageable.
