This hotel was excellent - large room, perfect location, food quality of breakfast buffet was top notch. I think I was also upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome. There was a bit of an unnecessary delay with checking in as not all reception desks were staffed, but overall, I still had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️👍🏻

Great experience during our wedding anniversary celebration with 2 of our kids. The hotel is very clean, very organised and well-furnished. The room is big and has washing-drying machine and induction cooker. Suitable for short and long stay duration. Conveniently located near parks, malls, movie houses and restaurants. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has great choices and the restaurant staffs entertained us so well and they gifted us with cake for our anniversary.

Customer service is beyond exceptional.Kudos to Ascott BGC management who made sure to deliver hospitality at it's finest.All Staffs are very attentive and respectful.Amenities are also amazing.This is the place that you would definitely consider yo go back.Thanks Ascott BGC for making our stay very memorable❤

Big fully equipped apartment, great for long stays, just opposite shopping area with lots of eateries. Good value for money, includes breakfast which is sufficient but not amazing. Apartment is probably too big for just few days stay though.
