Hotel experience in Luxe in Venice was good,the room was spacious,clean ,and amenities are worth especially when you have kids,5 star for me,i will recommend it to my friends.

The room is very spacious and nice. The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them.
But other than the administration part, everything else was great. It is also very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.

This room is very big! Very nice! And the view is very good! You can see the whole night view of Venice Mall! The view is like the Venetian Macau! It is very convenient to go to BGC! High security! There is a swimming pool and gym downstairs
