The staff is very accomodating with a smile on their faces. The breakfast buffet has a few selections. But overall, i enjoy my stay.

Old A/C that turned my CPAP filter black in one day. Bed was three inches thick and moved every time you moved. I hated going back to the hotel.

Had trouble checking in since they do not acknowledge the booking I made through Trip.com since they mentioned that the price that was indicated in Trip.com is not the correct rate.

Good hotel with good ambience. Very convenient all we need for toiletries is fully covered. With coffee and tea plus electric iron is a must. Thank you tacloban plaza Hotel.

I like the location. Very convenient and easy to find. There are a lot of ATM machines around and there are plenty of restaurants too.

Have stayed at this hotel previously and was convenient for what was needed to be done close to town and Immigration Office. Restaurant served decent potions and was enjoyable. Staff friendly and courteous.
