"Huge big rooms, very comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Must mention Lubna who was professional and helpful. The hotel looks slightly jaded. Also the entrance is horrible. The Hotel has its reception on the 5th floor which you access through an old rickety wobbly lift. The roof top swimming pool is a big disappointment. Despite being a small tub sized pool, they close it for the flimsiest of reasons. The breakfast too does not inspire and could do with a makeover. Nevertheless for Sylhet city, I would recommend this hotel as the GO-TO hotel!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is listed as a 3 star but by European standards I think that is stretching it. I booked a Deluxe double room but the room that I was initially given was anything but. However, much to their credit, the issue was immediately resolved when I complained. I was shown a few options and choose a room that was fairly decent. The service was very good and all staff were very polite, pleasant and professional. The restaurant Manager was very hospitable and the staff were very attentive. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I think it would be difficult to find anything better in Sylhet. Only the 'Rose View' rates better. I have given it a 4 star as it could do with some improvements, especially the bathroom as it looks ragged."
