Excellent hotel with good location and facilities. Friendly staff

Maintenance / housekeeping was sub-par, trash placed in bags next to bins not emptied, items left around not tidied (when logical to just arrange them on the table for example), no additional amenities like toothbrushes, and used table surfaces which were clearly messy with water / food stains not wiped clean. Beautiful hotel but felt like housekeeping did the bare minimum to get by to just replace towels and reset the bed.

very stylish hotel, a lot of time spent on making a visually appealing building. Staff are helpful but a little bit laid back. I was ''upgraded'' to a better room, which really just had two beds in it and made the room cramped. The roof top bar was to cool for its own good. Felt like people would come with their own security detail and I was told I could only sit at the bar until 6pm. The food was ridiculously expensive and just stupid attempts ad flavour combinations. I dont mind being adventurous but nat wehn you are paying $40 for a tapas plate. I think if you work in marketing an your company is paying the bill you will absolutely love this place, dont forget to take 200 selfies while you are there.

Very conveniently located, modern and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, and nice although the bathroom has a strange layout. We asked for an upgrade on arrival (it was Christmas Eve) and they gave it to us for free. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our stay was somewhat disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The room lacked basic amenities such as bottled water, a coffee machine, slippers, bathrobes, and essential vanity items. I had to call the front desk twice just to receive a hand soap. Overall, the experience felt more like a budget hotel rather than a five-star one. The breakfast restaurant was good though.

Hotel is close to Surrey Hill and China Town. I can find lots of cafes and restaurants nearby including most popular bakery, steakhouse, gelato cafe, Thai and Chinese restaurants. Darling Harbour and QVB and other shopping areas are all within 10-15 minutes walk. Staff are also nice and helpful.

Location is great, close to the museum, central train, Chinatown and CBD. There is 2 restaurants and a cafe onsite, the coffee was great but we didn't dine at the restaurant. The room was a bit small for a family of 4 but was able to get a good deal so was worth the price we paid

Hotel with beautiful view located nearby malls and halal kebab shop. Front desk is very friendly and approachable.

Very convenient location and aesthetically pleasing

Trendy fun hotel, and very clean. Had a nice touch of having a guitar in the room that I can play.

The decoration and ambiance are great, I really like it.
