Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

Loving the service and amenities of this hotel. We went there during the count down weekend, we didn't manage to get our breakfast, the front desk packed 4 sets of breakfast for us as we need to rush to the train station. The hot springs were amazing too. This is by the lake, so you can actually rent their bikes to cycle along the beautiful lake.

The room is very clean and the facilities are relatively new. The location of the hotel is good, close to the high-speed rail station, and it is convenient to travel between cities and you can get there by walking!

The room is relatively clean, located in a corner on a high floor, very quiet! The only thing is that you need to wait for the hot water to be stored. It is OK in summer, but it will probably be slower in winter. Suitable for parent-child travel, the breakfast is also good, the children like it💕

The inn is a lovely place and it is close to the Tongli main entrance. It is also walking distance of all the major scenic spots. The surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. Occasionally, we could hear people chatting outside of the building, but it wasn't disruptive. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming – we were 100% pleased with the service! We'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Suzhou.

I have been to Dongshan for a motorcycle tour before, so this time I chose a B&B based on the terrain. When I made the reservation, there were no reviews. When I went to the store and asked the store, they said it had just opened not long ago. Facilities: The whole B&B is very new~~~~The hair dryer is very new and the wind power is very strong! The TV is very new and the remote control is in a protective cover! The carpets are also very clean. Hygiene: Because it is very new, the hygiene aspect is completely OK, and it feels like home. Environment: There is a river pond in the B&B, where you can also feed the fish🐟 Service: The boss also asked us what time we would have breakfast the next day. We slept until we woke up naturally and said there was no need to prepare as we would get up very late. The next day the store waited for us until 12 o'clock, and we were a little embarrassed. We got up and ate some millet porridge, which was still very comfortable. When we left the store, the store also gave us Dongshan specialty lard cake 🥹 Finally, he chased us out and told us how to preserve and eat it. When traveling and receiving kindness from strangers, it will be a really happy day~~~ I wish the store a prosperous business!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right by the Taihu Lake. The housekeeper Xiao Xing provides great service! We had problems that were solved promptly and the stay was excellent. The hotel is very good for parents and children. The baby can play in the hotel all day, in the children's playground, swimming pool, and cinema. The baby can watch movies as usual by himself. I like the staff. The restaurant waiter is very enthusiastic to introduce the special dishes. The white fish in the Chinese restaurant is fresh and delicious. I will stay here next time

This is my third time staying in this hotel, and it gives me a wonderful experience again. The hotel's food is exquisite and delicious. Then the hotel's environment and facilities are really great, with beautiful scenery everywhere. Wherever you go, there are beautiful lake views, beautiful flowers and trees, which are really pleasing to the eye. It feels like walking in a garden by the water, and all your fatigue disappears. After eating and walking, you can also go to the lake view gym to lift weights, or go to the chess and card room, table tennis room, and billiard room to play. The facilities are very complete and have everything you need. Another comfortable and happy experience, great!

It is said that it was designed by a disciple of I.M. Pei , in short, very interesting. The building materials are basically made of natural materials. It is low-key and simple but full of vitality. I like the style very much. The details inside the guest rooms are also very user-friendly and environmentally friendly. For example, no single-use plastic products are used, and mineral water is packaged in free-brand glass and paper bottles. This alone is better than many big-name hotels👍 🌟Service: The standard is very high. From the front desk to the restaurant, spa center and guest rooms, all the service staff who come into contact can call the guests by their last names and remember their preferences. Many service details are particularly heart-warming. For example, you accidentally mentioned a certain kind of tea that you like to drink in the restaurant the day before. When you rest in the front desk area the next day, a service staff will bring you tea and say this is the tea you liked yesterday. This is truly unmatched by other hotels. After staying here for two days and one night, I didn’t want to play with my mobile phone anymore. I have experienced quantum medical testing, Chanrou, heat therapy, breathing meditation, Tai Chi, musical instrument healing, and cooking classes. Each experience is very unique and can bring physical and mental changes. The teachers are also very professional, and I feel they are even better than the teachers in some professional places in Shanghai. Awesome hotel strategically located at Jinji Lake. Very convenient for shopping at Suzhou Centre Mall and the Suzhou landmark parabolic tower. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in particular Jessie spoke very good English who made our stay very enjoyable with our birthday celebrations and free cake and decorations. Thanks for the impeccable service.
