Service is excellent. Nice staff with good manners. Will recommend to stay. Not quite a bad place and is near to Shantang street. Good pickup service from Suzhou Train Station. On top of that there is free laundry. Tried out the HanFu (traditional costume) which is complementary.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. Both accommodated us in a friendly manner and kindly arranged our rooms to our liking, patiently answered questions, and even went as far as to recommend places to eat after overhearing our discussion on lunch. The check-in process was speedy and efficient; we were soon showed to our rooms after only a few minutes of waiting. The rooms were cosy and homey, and the breakfast is decent taste wise with a wide and healthy selection of different cuisines. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with exceptional service. I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Hotel Shilu Shantang Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the free laundry service provided, which added great convenience. The overall environment of the hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. While there were moments when the wait for the elevator was a bit longer than expected, it did not affect my enjoyment of the stay. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and assisted with every request. Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially loved the AI feature in the room. Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore. Overall, my stay at Anshe Hotel exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I cannot wait for my next visit. I have stayed at Youngor Fugong Hotel many times. This time I traveled with friends and chose this hotel again. It was still a great experience as before. The location of the hotel is great. It is located in the central area of ​​Suzhou Ancient City, which is convenient for going anywhere. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the room is cleaned promptly every day. The king-size bed room I stayed in this time faced a street, but the hotel window was very soundproof and very quiet.

The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are much better than those outside. The owner of the Pingtan restaurant saw that we brought our children to order snacks many times and gave us various snacks. He was very enthusiastic ❤ The hotel service is very good, everyone is enthusiastic and proactive, the Sifang Pavilion is also very unique, very close to Pingjiang Road, 3 minutes walk out, less than 10 minutes to the Lion Forest.

Hotel is a 5min walk to the nearest train station and not located near any of the tourist attractions.. the hotel lobby is on a side entrance of a building that looks like its a pretty empty mall or office building. Slightly confusing. Room is spacious and clean. Do note that the room has automated curtains that can possibly malfunction and close on its own in the middle of the night.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions ans super close to the bus stations. The bed was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay here again when I'm in Suzhou.

The front desk guy helped us upgrade to a family suite. The hotel's exterior is a bit shabby, but the interior is pretty good. Breakfast includes porridge, steamed buns, bread, milk, soy milk, and eggs. It's pretty good. By the way, there is free parking. It's very close to Hanshan Temple.

The store owner added WeChat in advance and asked about the way to get around. We parked the car according to the store owner's instructions. The hotel is relatively easy to find. The whole building style is very special. We took the initiative to upgrade the room with a balcony. It was very comfortable to live in. It was a loft style with the bed on top. I went to the bathtub. The round bathtub brought its own bath ball. The bath was very refreshing. The hotel was well air-conditioned. Disposable items were complete, especially conditioner, body lotion, and bath towels. In addition, it was not far from where we lived to Shantang Street. There were three cats in the hotel. The one in the picture was Wang Fugui. He was very easy to pet. Haha
