I was going to Xiyuan Temple the next day. I looked up this hotel online and placed an order. The transportation is very convenient. When I checked in, the two employees at the front desk were very enthusiastic and the service was very easy. They even gave me tickets to Xiyuan Temple. We really think about what the guests want. The rooms are very large and the floors are newly replaced. Although it is not a new hotel, the maintenance is quite good. Every corner is also very clean. It has an antique charm. It is worth visiting next time. Recommend friends to stay here

The service at this hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and tidy, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The food served in the hotel restaurant was also very delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for all who need a business trip or tour.

The location of this hotel is in a pedestrian Street, so when you get dropped off you will get dropped off in the road and just walk a little bit over to the hotel. It’s a very busy street so there’s many things around in terms of buying food and going out. However, I can get a bit noisy but you don’t really hear a lot of the noise from inside the hotel the only noise is the rooms in ext store. The neighbors that I had were exceptionally noisy and I didn’t really like that but that’s not the hotels fault. It’s easy to order takeout, the hotel will send it to your room with the small robot and also the hotel is very neat and very clean. The staff don’t speak but they are very helpful, so if you can’t speak Chinese I would suggest using a translator. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it was so busy around the hotel but once again that’s not the hotels fault. The service is the best from the cleaners, they are so nice and so kind and always greet you and are very helpful.

the hotel itself is great, I would not mind to give a 5. However, the booking is confusing. I booked via Trip app, and selected pay at hotel option. However, my credit card still got charged immediately. While checking in, the front desk asked me to pay again, since their record shows I need to pay at hotel, and I paid cash. Now I have paid double for my stay, not sure when they are going to refund me.
