Hotels in West of Suzhou Industrial Park/Suchow Center, Suzhou

For my trip to Suzhou, I chose the Crowne Plaza after seeing many recommendations online. It definitely lived up to its online reputation; the lake view was absolutely stunning. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted by a panoramic and absolutely gorgeous lake view. The hotel's decor is also very grand and impressive. Its overall architecture, resembling a cruise ship, is truly unique. What's particularly worth praising is the hotel's breakfast. The restaurant is very spacious and located right by the lake, offering fantastic views. Plus, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and diverse, with so many options to choose from. The complimentary travel photoshoot from 'Seven Degrees' (七度旅拍) offered by the hotel was a pleasant surprise and quite good. The photographer was very dedicated and professional, and I was also very pleased with how the photos turned out. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly, always smiling and approachable. I'd like to commend Joy at the check-in counter for her patience and thoroughness. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was abundant. We even renew ed our booking and recommended the hotel to our friends.

I've stayed at numerous Marriott hotels, and this one was quite disappointing. The parking lot is tiny with no EV charging points. The robot delivery for our food order was slow, and I couldn't find any staff on the ground floor when I went down. There was a vent right outside our room door blowing hot air. Also, I couldn't help but notice that some staff seemed very patient with foreign guests, but less friendly towards domestic visitors. Was it just my impression?

The room environment is really good, very clean, as beautiful as the housekeeper. The service is in place, and I ask for anything patiently. It is very convenient to eat and play around. Watching the music fountain is just across the road. Jinji Lake at night is particularly beautiful, suitable for walking with your lover.

Very convenient location, next to metro station. Easy to travel to all major sites in Suzhou. Breakfast is good but a bit crowded. Rooms very spacious with washing machine. Parking sometimes may be difficult during the day, because the parking lot is shared with the shopping mall and usually very busy.

Our five days Stay(Our original stay was for one night only 26th April and were searching for other hotels when the counter staff upgraded our room to suite level much to our delight and we extended our stay for another four nights to 1 st May)to at Suisse Apartment was indeed marvellous and comfortable with the excellent service provided by the counter staff who provided help and assistance in every manner to assist us.They even gave us extra mineral drinks and two hand fans for the memory of our stay.

The location is very good, the ticket was issued quickly, and warm water was given when checking out. The water tasted good. I was very satisfied with this stay. This trip to Suzhou was entirely based on the subway. The hotel is right outside the subway station, which is really convenient.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is also fantastic, and parking was incredibly convenient. We especially enjoyed the delicious black tea served at the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we were extremely satisfied!

Shuxiangshijia Suzhou Industrial Park Xinghai Store! As soon as you enter the store, the room is filled with the fragrance of books and the elegant fragrance of tea, and the atmosphere is immediately full. The environment in the store is quiet and comfortable, the tables and chairs are arranged reasonably, and there are soft lights, which are especially suitable for reading and working. The staff is warm and considerate, and you will spend a pleasant time. Highly recommended!

The moment I stepped into the room, I was amazed by the bright and transparent layout. As soon as I entered the door, I felt the warm atmosphere. The wood-colored furniture made me relax instantly. The service experience was also excellent, and the service response was quick. This stay was impeccable from the design, facilities to the service, and it is definitely worth it! C
