This service apartment is conveniently located at YuJiaBang subway station and it’s about 3-4 stops away from the GuanQian Shopping street and other famous gardens. My family and I especially love the HeMa supermarket right beside the apartment and other eateries too

As always the Mercure hotel is such a wonderful hotel to stay at. I have visited the hotel a few times and I always have a wonderful stay. Staff are so friendly. The breakfast is great and much enjoyable. Rooms are warm and the lighting is great when it is time to get ready.

Opposite the hotel is Jinji Lake, the environment is very beautiful, the room is very large, I stayed for three nights and slept very sweetly, the breakfast is first-class, the hotel is next to the subway station, it is very convenient, the waiter Scott is very attentive, the room was upgraded to a lake view, and knowing that we had a flight in the afternoon, he carefully delayed the check-out, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Suzhou 👍👍🫰

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

I hope to give the ancient style type a try. The service is very good. Gifts are given when checking in and checking out. The size of the two large and one small room is good. The front desk can also give children's suits if you have children. It is convenient to drive and parking is free. This is a good point. It is OK if you drive from Jinji Lake. You can see the night view of Jinji Lake.

I loved this hotel. There is parking nearby but they’re very strict about not allowing cars to pull up to the entrance - even for pick up and drop off. This meant that we got soaked in the rain. But the room was lovely. I took a basic room but still got a good view. I visited my friends family room as well and can say the same for it.

I experienced a very good Suzhou-style service, and I have to praise the front desk here separately. The moment I stepped into the venue, the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile and enthusiastic greetings, which made me feel like spring breeze. Their image is professional and decent, and their clothes are neat and generous, which left an excellent first impression. The first front desk lady named Tian, ​​who left a deep impression on me, was very polite when I checked out. She gave us parking tickets and water, as well as souvenirs. When I opened them, I found that they were their special tea bags, which were very fragrant. The environment of the front desk was in the style of Suzhou gardens, with a bookish atmosphere, very warm and comfortable, neat and orderly. It brought a perfect end to my trip to Suzhou.

Not bad. The double room is relatively large. The facilities are not outdated. There are also food and parking spaces downstairs. It is very convenient. It is only about 10 minutes away from the subway station. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi directly to Suzhou Center.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. It is right at the Moonlight Pier. There are many bars nearby at night. You can enjoy the night view across the lake along the lake. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Eslite. There are many large restaurants for eating. Breakfast and the like are not available in the hotel but are quite far away.
